Part 1 ~ Chapter 8 ~ Ally.

I can't breath. After me? No that's not right. Unless, could I have met them during my blank? Yes that must be it. "They are demanding to have their 'female human subject' back." Pidge says a slight sliver of concern in her voice. Everyone was now staring at me like I was some, ha, alien.

"I don't understand how could they have known that we had her. Could she have a tracker on her?" Lance speculates.

"See that's what I had thought at first. But the healing pod would have removed said object as part of the healing process. But then I analyzed the way they sent their message. It formed a large wavelength therefore anything in the chosen radius would have received this message through any compatible device." She finishes pushing up her Harry Potter glasses.

"In English please." Lance says frowning.

"They don't know that we have her. Allura, what are we going to do?" Pidge sits on the nearest chair folding her arms.

"I'm not sure, Voltron is most important, and the Pensurs can be dangerous." She replies clearly deep in thought. Keith shifts uncomfortably glancing back at the transmission behind him.

"We can't give her to them. It's not fair to her." Keith interjects. Some how this was reassuring, at least I had one person on my side.

"They weren't very descriptive in their message, all it says is that she is a 'female human subject'. I think we can simply run." Pidge looks at us expectingly.

"Run?" Keith says clearly confused.

"Yeah, leave. They have no means to track us, or (y/n) at least none that we know of. In their message there wasn't a picture of her either. I don't see why not? Allura?"

"Let's hurry. But I don't think we will be completely out of their reach. I don't know how advanced their technology has become in the past ten thousand years, but even when I was a child it surpassed any of ours." Allura moves over to her control station delicately placing her hands on the two columns. Blue light spills out from between her fingers and minutes later a portal opens. The castle slips through and once again streaks of colors surround us. We reach the other side of the portal. I stare in shock. A brown sphere sat in front of us holes plaguing its surface. A planet?

"Allura where are we?" Asks Coran joining everyone in awe.

"This planet was eaten by a Weblum wasn't it." Keith responds looking at Allura. She nods guiding the ship into one of the holes. It's hollow and dark inside creating the feeling of some trap.

"No one will find us here, at least for a while." She says stepping down from the platform. "(Y/n) can I speak with you for a moment?" I follow her out of the room and into the vast hallway. "You should be safe for now. But I'm sure they will find where you went and us too. When they do," she hesitates nervously wringing her hands, "Voltron will stand with you. If we can't save anyone else I think it's best to help you. You may stay on board as long as you desire. I cannot promise your life, but we will do the best to protect you if you are willing to fight alongside us." She avows her voice echoing down the hallway. I could feel my heart rate pick up. I didn't exactly have a choice, being left on an unknown planet would only bring me more trouble, if not my death.

"Thank you." I say at last.

"I would also like you to join team Voltron, but I need to see you train further, and work with the team. Until then, I'll consider you an ally." Is this what it feels like when you get friend zoned. I want to be a part of team Voltron but I just got demoted to ally. I renter the room and briskly Keith comes over to me with a curious look on his face.

"What was that all about?" He asks.

"She told me I'm welcome to stay, and welcome to join team Voltron. But I have to train with you guys more before I can officially join." I shift my weight awkwardly. He looks happy for the most part, but also slightly annoyed. Then a smirk rolls across his face.

"(Y/n), I don't think you've ever seen a lion of Voltron."
