A Fan's POV
I am standing in a crowd full of teenage girls here for the same reason. Shawn Mendes. All of us love home with all our hearts except for that one fake fan that is just here because she got them for free. I'm waiting for the love of my life to come on stage while screaming my lungs out. There's a girl next to me Snapchatting the whole thing even though nothing's happening right now. Only a few minutes until he's here. Oh my goodness there he is! He's right there! On stage. I am literally only a few meters away from him. It seems as if everyone in the crowd only knows how to scream instead of talking normally because once he stepped foot on stage, the noise only grew louder. "How's everyone doing tonight?" More screams. His voice makes me want to faint. Before I know it he starts to sing. His voice overpowering the thousands of girls' voices. "There's nothing holding me back." He sings. Strand of hair falls perfectly covering his forehead slightly. His muscles flexing every time he strums his guitar and the veins on his neck popping out as he sings his heart out. Me knowing that he saved me from feeling insecure. Giving me the feeling of confidence. He helped me immensely. Then it hit me. I was just another girl in a crowd of fans.

Shawn's POV
As I'm singing I look into the audience. I look at all of the girls here that support me every day. And their poor voices because they scream so loud just to let me know that they care. Every girl here tonight cares about me. And I care about them. Weather or not they live in California or Japan, I love them all. Some may seem that they are just some girls in a crowd, but they're not, they are so much more. They are the Mendes Army. MY Mendes Army.
