Shawn's Double Personalities (For Brianne)

Brianne's POV
I just got home after a long day of work. It was very stressful... like any other day. I opened the door of my house, expecting to see Shawn watching TV, but instead, I see him hunched over the kitchen table mumbling words I couldn't even understand. "Shawn?" I asked worriedly. He looked up from whatever he was doing and I could see his usually caramel eyes are now a dark red and his skin was very pale, almost white. He looked like a maniac. I slowly walked towards him... bad idea. He grabbed a knife an put it up to my neck. I screamed "Shawn! What are you doing?" I asked while crying, "Don't hurt me please. I thought you loved me." I cried harder with every word that escaped my lips. My knees felt weak and my breath was shaky. Shawn dropped the knife and I ran. He ran after me. I ran into our bedroom and locked the door. I ran into our ensuite and started to open the window to climb out before I heard a soft knock on the door. "Baby?" It was Shawn. I wanted to open the door and cry in his arms but then I realized what he just did. "Babe please open the door and let me explain." I decided to take the risk. I carefully opened the door but stayed behind it. Shawn walked in and saw me behind the door. I saw that his eyes were back to the beautiful hazel color they used to be, but his skin hasn't changed. He looked at me with guilt in his eyes and started crying. I hugged him. "I'm so sorry Brianne. I didn't mean it. It's not my fault I swear." I pulled away from him with a puzzled look on my face. He looked up. "What's going on with you?" I asked. He jut cried more. "It's a demon. I've been fighting it for a while now." He explained. "Why didn't you tell me?" I cried. He shook his head. "I didn't want to scare you, but I guess I did." "It's ok Shawn. As long as your ok, I'm ok." He smiled for a second before it faded, "I'm not okay Brianne. I'm a monster." I shook my head. "No your not. Listen I think I can help you. I need you to cry. Cry as hard as you can. Think of the saddest things ever. Just cry for me... please." He nodded and closed his eyes. Soon enough, tears came rolling down his red cheeks. He screamed and fell on the floor. I held him in my arms and rubbed his back. After a few minutes, Shawn's skin went back to its normal, healthy color. I knew it was gone. He stopped crying and opened his eyes. Shawn sat up and hugged me. "Thank you so much baby!" I hugged him back, "You're welcome babe. I love you." I replied. " I love you too." He said. He then leaned in and closed the gap between us, locking our lips together.
