 (Andy’s POV)

 I receive a text from Beth and I can’t help but feel butterflies. I really like her.

 (Ryan’s POV)

 I really like her. But I think Andy’s gunna get their first.

 (Andy’s POV)

Beth text saying tonight’s the night her and her friends will come round. I hope Adam behaves himself after what he said last week. That was rude and out of order and I’m still fuming with him. Joel and Beth seem okay now after they made up and started again. I feel sorry for her… the only family she has is off honeymooning in Hawaii. Her brother treats her like scum and all she’s done is try her best to look after him after their parents died. He doesn’t appreciate her.  But I do. And I plan on showing her that tonight.

I text her ‘make sure you’re wearing a dress, we’re going somewhere special. Remind your friends too. Xxx’

 (Beth’s POV)

*Receives text from Andy*

I read the text and instantly smile like crazy. I can’t help but like him like mad. I have a feeling we’re all going clubbing and the girls soon arrive with their dresses.

‘Hey guys!’ I scream in excitement.

‘This better be worth it, you pulled me away from a night with my boyfriend.’ says Lyndsey.

‘They’ll be plenty other nights for trying to conceive a baby; trust me.’ I reply sarcastically.

‘So where are we going?’ Amy asks.

‘I have no idea, Andy won’t tell me’.

‘Why don’t you ask?’ says Abbie.

‘Does it really matter where we are going?’ I say slightly annoyed at their lack of enthusiasm. ‘Me and Andy are just trying to get closer. And to do that we think that introducing each other’s friends to one an another will be good. So can’t you guys just help me out here? I think I really like him. And I think he might interested too. And that’s a first for me. Can’t you guys just be happy for me just this once where you don’t worry about your lives and just help me out with mine? I’ve been in a bad place recently and there’s something those guys know about me that my best friends don’t.’

‘And what’s that exactly’ Lyndsey crosses her arms while saying that. It had to come out sooner or later.

‘I drove into the same river me and dad used to fish at.’ The girls all run to me and hug me while tears seep from my eyes. ‘Andy saved me. I was just gunna sit there and let myself drown and he stopped me.’ The girls have no idea what to say so they don’t say anything. We just get ready and with the aid of music, the atmosphere turns happy.
