Chapter 1: Bad Day

Lucy's POV

Its already been a week since Lisanna came back from the "dead" and everybody has been ignoring, or to put more lightly, not talking to me lately, well except for Wendy, Juvia, Gajeel, Laxus, Gray, Levy-chan, and the exceeds.

But I just can't believe Natsu is ignoring me, and I admit, I miss him. I actually like his surprise visits at my house, my life seems boring now. Oh well.

~Timeskip~

I was sitting in my usual spot near the bar.

"Mira have you seen Natsu and the others?" I asked Mira, who looked kinda irritated, no scratch that super irritated. Her eyes were actually red.

"Geez Lucy, can't you be quiet for once?!" That's unusual, that snapped me as "ouch"

"O-oh, sorry for bothering you." I timidly apologized.

I was just about to get up and find him myself when a voice called me, and speaking of the devil, here he is.

"Oi Lucy!" Team Natsu and Lisanna were heading my way.

"Hey guys!" I greeted cheerfully, I was feeling a little happy because they're finally talking to me, but when I looked at Gray I saw him mouth an "I'm sorry"

What scared me was what he was sorry for.

"Lucy we have been talking......and we wanted Lisanna to join, you know, hang out with us for a while, and since we have like a lot of members, well it's best if you shouldn't be part of the team." Natsu said too casually.

"W-why?" I feel my hands becoming moist and my entire body sweating. I looked at Gray but he was avoiding eye contact, I don't actually think he's at fault but he's acting like he is.

"Because your weak and this way you can go on more missions on your own!" Lisanna suddenly told me, grinning cheerfully.

"I-I guess that's a-alright." I bit my lip while holding back my tears. I started walking towards the guild doors, my bangs covering my face. My lower lip was even bleeding for biting it too hard. That's when I decided to just run out.

The weather seemed to join my feelings as the rain was pouring down heavily, my clothes were getting all wet and damp but I didn't care. I just didn't care anymore!

Still running, I heard footsteps coming after me but I just kept on running until I felt everything hated me and my shoes slipped on the hard ground and I fell on the stone path, my head hitting the floor hard.

"Lucy!" I felt a pair of cold hands on my shoulders, I checked to see to whom they belong to but my vision started getting a little blurry but I was able to make out the figure and it was Gray.

"Are you alright?! Your not hurt, are you?! I'm so sorry Lucy I tried to stop Natsu but he wouldn't agree. That Flame Head is too stubborn." Gray was angry but tried not to show it.

I just smiled at him. I can't really say anything right now, it's like black dots started to fill my entire field of vision. Something's wrong.

"F*** Lucy! Your head is bleeding! Dammit! Don't worry I'll get you to your apartment! Hold on!" Then Gray started carrying me bridal style and started running.

B-bleeding...? W-why? Why i-is this h-happening to me.

I couldn't cry. Because all I felt was pain. Inside and out.
