Lucy's POV

I woke up late afternoon.

What happened?

I looked at my surroundings, scratching my head. That's when I realized I had bandages wrapped around my head.

"Ow!" Okay, so touching it was a very bad idea.

I heard a faint grunt and saw Gray sleeping on my desk.

"Gray?" Even if I said that ever so lightly, Gray woke up with a jolt.

He seemed to wonder where he was but when he saw me he bolted right next to me.

"Lucy are you alright?! Thank God I made it in time, you lost an amount of blood but I was able to do something about it." Oh, now I remember, just like a flash of lightning, everything that happened yesterday came back to me.

"Oh right, thanks for everything Gray, I'm so sorry for making you worried." Gray furrowed his eyebrows at me, like he was extremely confused.

"I'm the one who's supposed to say sorry not you. Lucy look. Don't get everything that happened yesterday in your head, okay? If you need anything just ask me, alright?"

I looked into his eyes and smiled sadly.

"Yes, I will. Gray I want to go to the guild."

He looked at me with sudden shock and worriedness.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am"

I'm sorry Gray.

~~~
I opened the doors to the guild, I told Gray to go ahead of me, everybody was still celebrating but I didn't mind, and the was the only honest thing I couldn't say at the moment. I didn't even bother to say anything anymore, but orange sprang right in front of me, which happened to be my best friend, Levy. She kinda gave me a scare.
"Lu-chan, Hi!" Levy exclaimed happily unfazed at my reaction.
"Hi Levy-chan." I say a little too glum.
"Lu-chan whats wrong? You look different too. What happened to your head?! Are you alright?" She eyed me from top to bottom looking at my attire. If your wondering, I'm wearing a black outfit.
"It's nothing Levy-chan. Just hit my head. I'm fine." Lamest excuse ever but better than nothing. Levy didn't seem convinced but let it slide.
"If you say so." Levy said unsure. I sighed, let's jut get this over with.
"Levy is the master here?" I asked, not to sound too hopeful.
"Yeah, he's in his office." She pointed at Master's office door, I nodded.
"Thanks Levy-chan. See you later." I lied.
I went to Master's office, and knocked on the door after a while I heard a voice, signaling for me to come in.
"Come in child." See.
I slowly turned the door knob and went inside but I couldn't see him over the pile papers. Must be more fees or damage payments. Poor Master.
"Uh Master, it's Lucy I want to talk to you." I told him determined to end this as soon as possible. Natsu and his team went out on a mission and I wanted to be done before they come back. I just don't want to see him.
"Oh, Lucy what do you want? Do you need anything?" He asked me, giving me his full attention. Than he has a surprised expression. "Are you alright Lucy?! What happened to you?"
