Chapter 18: Bonding in the Morning

Lucy's POV

"Luc..........Lucy!.........LUCY!" Someone shouted at me but I didn't bother to wake up.

*Splash*

"WHAT THE HECK!!!" I bolted and I was socking wet.

"You're finally awake we have been trying to wake you up for quite a while now." Laxus said while Gajeel and Juvia were beside him. Juvia giggled and gave a 'sorry' look. While Gajeel had puffed up cheeks and he was trying hard not to laugh.

"Who wouldn't be awake when they are splashed in the face by water!" I shouted at him.

I guess Gajeel couldn't hold it in anymore because he started to laugh like crazy.

"Hahaha........Y-you *laughs* s-should have seen the look on your face.....Hahahaha!" He exclaimed in between laughs.

"Gomen, Love Rival but they made Juvia do it." Juvia said apologetically.

"It's ok Juvia, as for you two what was so important to wake me up at 5:00 in the morning!!!" I shouted at them.

Normally the Old Lucy would always wake up early, but now that I have partly dragon blood not to mention Royal dragon blood. I sleep like a dragon now. And I hate people disturbing me!

"Master told us to be early so we won't be seen and it will really be a surprise for everyone." Gajeel said.

"And he said we have to try our outfits so we better get moving, but first we gotta eat." Laxus said.

"Fine, and by the way where is Mira?" I asked them. I didn't really notice that Mira wasn't here until now.

"She went out to find some food, she will be back any minute so you better change now since your soaking wet." Gajeel said while looking at my clothes.

"Yeah, but it wasn't my fault that my clothes are wet!" I said while shooting a glare at them.

I went in the bathroom and took a quick shower. After that I dried myself up and changed into a black tank top with a black jacket and with denim shorts, I wore combat boots on and placed my keys and whip at the side of my belt. Then tied my hair in a bun.

I stepped out of the bathroom and when I got out Mira was already there.

"Sugoi, Lucy you look beautiful" Mira exclaimed.

"Love Rival does look magnificent." Juvia said.

The two boys looked my way and stared at me in awe, teasingly. Oh so they're playing with me? Well I can play too.

"Hey boys, like what you see?" I asked them with a cute pose.

Juvia and Mira giggled while Laxus and Gajeel grinned.

"Uhhh.......erhhhh......uhhhh" they both stuttered in unison, still playing along.

I giggled. "I'm just messing with you guys, so what did you bring Mira?" I asked while both hand behind my head.

"Honey Toast, the baker said they're the best in town!" She said happily.

"Really?! Let's try a piece" I say.

*munch* *munch* *crunch*

"Sugoi, these are the best!" I exclaimed delighted.

After having a little conversation it was already 5:30.

"Guys we better get moving it's almost 6:00 and people will start arriving around then." I informed them.

"Well let's go!" They all said in unison.

We've been running around Crocus for a while then we finally made it to the arena. It was huge and was dome shaped.

"Ahh, your finally here, good that you weren't seen I want to make this as a surprise." We all looked behind us to see who the voiced belong to.

It was Master Makarov.

"Good morning Master!" Us girls greeted. "Mornin' Old man." Gajeel and Laxus greeted.

"Mornin' so let's get dressed shall we" Master said.

"Hai!"

Normal POV

"This outfit is not that bad at least it's black and not a bright color." Lucy said while looking in the mirror.

She wore a black knee high dress it had those separated sleeves ((or whatever you call them)) it had little ruffles and had the Fairy Tail crest on the lower right of the skirt. She had black combat boots on and a little necklace, she still had her hair up in a bun but had a few strand of hair on both sides dangling down. Although it was black it had white linings.

"Does Juvia look good in it?" Juvia asked as she stepped out of the dressing room.

She wore a black Russian kind of dress like she normally wears and had her shawl on as usual with the Fairy Tail crest on it, she wore a hat that had a butterfly on the left side and wore brown boots. Her hair was down but it was wavy.

"You look amazing Lucy, you too Juvia" Mira said while showing up from behind the doors.

She wore a shoulder dress with a flower in the middle it was a black floor length dress which really brought out her white hair. She also wore black boots. The Fairy Tail crest was on the lower right corner of her dress just like Lucy's.

"Thanks and you to Mira!" Lucy exclaimed with a smile.

"Oi are you guys finished?" Gajeel asked from the other side of the doors.

"Yeah we are!" Lucy exclaimed while stepping out of the dressing room.

He stared at them when he saw the girls, Laxus too they were both surprised

"You guys look handsome." Lucy and Mira said.

Gajeel wore a black vest with a shirt underneath it. He had a black scarf on and his combat boots were dark blue. He wore big pants that went in the boots. He gave a grin.

Laxus wore his furry black coat and black shirt with his dark jeans and boots. He then gave a smirk.

"Thanks, you guys look nice." Laxus says liking their compliment.

"Thanks" The girls said in unison. They knew that that was the nicest thing Laxus could say, so they took it.

"What time is it?" Juvia asked.

"8:00, and it's almost starting." Gajeel said.

"Good Morning everyone I'm Chapati Lola and here with me today are Yajima-San former member of the Magic Council and Jason from the Weekly Sorcerer!" Chapati said.

"Morning to you too Chapati we have a lot of young wizards out there today so let's start right away." Yajima-San stated.

"Cool, Cool, Cooool! Everything is so Cooool today!" Jason says.
