Chapter 26: Forgive and Forget

Lucy's POV

Me, Gajeel, and Laxus were still walking down the streets and looking around the shops since it was still early in the morning. I was still really sleepy and I kept on bumping into people.

Until Gajeel and Laxus really had to help me, like hello! I only slept for 3 hours!

"Wow bunny girl you don't look fine." Gajeel said. I gave him a are-you-serious look.

"What?!" He said confused. "Well you are the one who screamed for me to wake up! Who wouldn't feel tired." I yelled at him really ticked off.

"Hey where did Laxus go?" Gajeel asked while sniffing the air. Uhh Laxus that big jerk! Why did he leave me with this idiot!

That's what I wanted to say but I just kept it to myself. We searched for him until I spotted spiky blonde hair by a shop window. "Hey look over there!" I pointed it out to Gajeel and the more I see it, I seems that he is looking at a necklace.

"Oi Laxus co-" I cut him off by placing my hand over his mouth. "Shhhh! Hide!" We hid behind a bench also in front of the store. Laxus checked behind him.

"Funny, thought I heard my name....." Laxus said before entering the store. "What's the big idea!" Gajeel yelled. Until I clamped my hand over his mouth again. "Look!" I said while pointing my finger to the store.

When Gajeel faced the store he saw Laxus buy the necklace. "Why would he buy that?" Gajeel asked interested. "Don't you get it, that necklace is for Mira, I knew something was up with them!" I told him while he was just staring at me.

"Okaayy........so he likes Mira?" Gajeel asked obviously naive. "Yes!" I shouted. He covered his ears then flinched. Oops I guess that was to loud.

"Okay, okay I get it..... Hey Laxus is coming out of the shop." Laxus came out and hid the box with the necklace in his fur coat. "Let's go." when Laxus was gone we got out of our hiding place and walked to Laxus who was waiting by a lamp post.

"There you are! Where have you two been?" Laxus asked. "Looking for you!" We both said in unison. Then Gajeel said, "How about you? Where have you been?" While raising his metal brow. His face was still calm when he said, "Been looking for you two....Now let's go!" He started walking and we followed behind him.

What a big fat liar! Hmph he better me nice to Mira or i'll beat him to a pulp!

While walking again it was still 6:00. We still got two more hours till the Grand Magic Games start.

I wasn't feeling that sleepy anymore but I was still woozy. I was walking in the right direction when.......I felt a wall or I bumped into someone.

"Oi watch it blondie!" Oh please not him not that big ugly arrogant jerk! When I looked up, i wasn't that surprised but did it have to be him!

"Sorry! But this road isn't your private property so don't go yelling on people!" I yelled at him. This caught the attention of Gajeel and Laxus. I can't believe they didn't notice I was gone, wahhh!

"Well well well, why isn't it the Sabers." Gajeel said while folding his arms. When I looked behind Sting the jerk, I saw Rogue standing there with the frog like exceed and the red furred exceed.

"We don't want trouble ok." Laxus said calmly. Both Gajeel and Laxus were at my side ready to fight if needed.

"Hmm so the Fairies haven't decided to forfeit yet, what a shame. Just quit it, will save you guys the humiliation." Sting insulted giving a smirk.

"Ok that's it!" I was about to tackle him when Laxus and Gajeel held me back.

"Hey its not worth it! Let's just go now." Laxus said while struggling to keep me down.

"No! They just insulted our guild! I won't let them get away with that!" I screamed, struggling, a lot of people started to gather.

"Relax blondie we will settle this in the Grand Magic Games. So just be warned that we will bring you fairies down." Sting said before walking out. "Oh and by the way, we're going to win so prepare to lose." Sting laughed before he and Rogue walked away.

"Oh I'll show them!" I said clenching my fists, then I felt two hands rest on my shoulders.

"Don't worry we'll beat them up and make them plead for mercy!" Gajeel said with an evil glint in his eyes. "Yeah nothing gets past Fairy Tail, and I've learned that the hard way." Laxus said giving me a grin.

It was sweet for them to reassure me. They are also like the best big brothers besides Gray.

"Thanks guys!" I said. We were walking, heading to the arena while I was spacing out. The two enemies of Fairy Tail before, well who would have thought they could be good friends.

Gajeel and Laxus attacked Fairy Tail but look at them now......they are with us.....and.....we forgave them......just like how I should have forgiven Natsu and Lisanna. We forgave and we forgot about what Gajeel and Laxus did.

'I'll do it tonight!'

"Where have you guys been!" A girl yelled, it was Mira! "Around." Laxus said plainly then I remebered the necklace.....oh Mira is going to love it.

"Well hurry the games are about to begin!" Mira said while pushing us inside.

"Hello everyone it is a beautiful morning and it is day 2 of the Grand Magic Games. I'm Chapati Lola your MC and here with me today again is Yajima-san." Chapati said onto the mic

"Hello!" Yajima-san said. "And Org from the council will be with us today!" Chapati announced everybody clapped and welcomed him.

"Thank you! I am happy to be here." Org-san said while smiling at the crowd.

"Now let's start the game of the day and it will be called..............

...........Toss It Out!"
