Chapter 19|| "I said fuck you"

The night was a big blur up until about midnight.

"Simooooonnnn?" you slur slightly.

Everyone by this time was drunk out of their minds. You walk up the stairs carefully.

"Simonn?" you ask again, knitting your eyebrows together. "Simon I have to go home-" you lean up against a door to catch your balance.

You stop for a second as you can hear loud sounds coming from behind the door. It sounded like moaning.

Opening the door slowly, you see Simon grunting hard as he pumps in and out of Marley. Marley is moaning loudly, and Simon stops once he sees you.

Dropping your drink, your jaw drops open. All that you can do is just stand there in shock.

"B-baby?" Simon says drunkly, getting off of the bed and walking towards you.

Slamming the door shut in his face, you run downstairs quickly as tears pour down your face.

You shove past everyone dancing in the livingroom, and you run out into the driveway and down the sidewalk to the end of the curb. You sit there and cry.

After a few minutes, you wipe your nose on your sleeve and dial a number into your phone.

It starts ringing, and your heart begins to race rapidly.

As i'm watching my cartoons, I hear the home phone ring. Groaning slightly, I proceed to get off of my bed somehow and walk down to the kitchen.

"Hello?" I answer in a groggily voice.

"Dan..." I hear Y/Ns soft voice on the other line.

In this moment, I swear my heart stops beating for a second. My palms grow sweaty. My heart drops to my stomach, and I feel that familiar lump start to form in the back of my throat again.

"Y-Y/N...?" I stammer quietly.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. For everything I did. I fucked up. I need you now...Simon cheated." she starts sobbing.

"Oh...oh my god..." I whisper.

I was about to suck right up to her little sob story, and I was about to run over there to hug her, take her back here, and feed her ice cream and just tell her that I'm here for her. But instead, my mood changes sharply; I start to grow angry. I clench my teeth and ball my one fist, digging my fingernails into my palm hard.

"No. You know what? Fuck you." I hiss through clenched teeth.

"W-what?" Y/N cries.

"I said fuck you," I repeat myself. "Fuck you. You never cared about me. You think two little words will fix what you've done to me? How much you've hurt me? How many scars you have fucking put on my wrist?!" I start to raise my voice at her as my blood increasingly starts to boil more and more.

"Dan-"

"You made me feel like I wasn't fucking good enough!" I cut her off. "You know. You are just like everyone else, Y/N. You-you make me feel so worthless and horrible! I knew I was right from the beginning! You only felt sorry for me..."

"Dan-" she tries to speak again, but I cut her off once more.

"I THOUGHT I WAS ENOUGH!" I scream. "I HATE YOU!" I scream louder. "I hate you because now i'm going to be spending the rest of my fucking life wondering why I wasn't enough." I hang up quickly, and smash the phone onto the hard wood floor in anger.

I spin around quickly on my heels, and smash my fist right through the wall, screaming at the top of my lungs as tears of frustration fill my eyes.
"I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU!" I holler as I punch the wall repeatedly, my knuckles bleeding, and my face beet red.

My mum runs into my room quickly and sees me bashing my knuckles through the wall.

"STOP IT, DAN!" she runs up to me and pulls me back away from the wall.

I stare at her with my arms at my sides, blood oozing from my knuckles slowly, and tears streaming down my cheeks. I'm breathing extremely heavy.

"What's wrong Dan? Talk to me, please!" my mother pleads desperately.

I look at her through my blurry vision.

"She only felt sorry for me." I whisper.
