Hundreds of black sleek cars lined the different drop-off sidewalks of the school.

I looked around with a quiet sigh as I made my way up the short stairs and to the main lobby with the hired bell-boy trailed behind me with all my bags.

I noticed Caprian and Jaeryn's cars coming in so I stopped and waited for them.

They told their bell-boys where to send the bags.

Caprian smiled at me as he came up the stairs himself and stretched out his arms motioning to me to go inside.

We escaped the sun and went into the air-conditioned lobby and went to the administrative desk where we went to get our new room key. Which is what we get at the new semester.

The administrative finally have gotten me a room to myself.

I thought about checking my new room, but thought better of it. I tucked the key in my back pocket of my jeans and followed Caprian to the lobby.

Jaeryn didn't go to his room and rested on the couches that were in the lobby.

Seidon was leaning on the arch of the hallway arms open ready to give me a hug.

"How is it to leave us?" Seidon asked.

"Hm.. don't know. But at least now I can breathe fresh air without sweat in the air." I replied chuckling.

"Ah, how hurtful, it pains here, Feyrah, it pains." Seidon held his chest with a grin on his face.

I rolled my eyes. "What dramatics." I said pushing him.

We detoured to the cafe to pick up a round of our favorite drinks.

"I'd like a shot of vodka." Seidon ordered to the man behind the counter.

"Mr. Pan..." Henry, the bartender, said with hesitant eyes.

"Ah, Henry... We are too close to care for those unnecessaries. Me and you are like this." He said crossing his fingers and giving Henry a winning smile.

Henry gave up with a defeated sigh and went behind to get Seidon's vodka, my lemonade, and Caprian's sprite with his own hint of vodka.

"I don't know what you guys like about vodka. It tastes like.... shit water." I said cringing as I watched them drink. Seidon downed his shot with only one swipe.

"Hm, good shit water."

"Well, I prefer a classic martini. Gin of course." Jaeryn said pulling up a chair with a scrape of the floor.

"I prefer beer." Caprian said out of his silence.

"Wine is such more elegant." I said sipping my lemonade. "Not that I drink regularly. Just once or twice for an occasion." I said when they all stopped and stared.

"What are you doing here, Jaeryn?" Seidon asked swirling his empty shot cup bored.

"I've come to entertain the lady. She seems so bored in the company of you two. The jackass and the silent." He said swirling his own drink.

"Feyrah." I heard a bold voice behind me.

The guys around me looked behind and I watched as their eyes grew wide. I knew that voice.

I froze as I slowly turned around to my mother.
