Valencia

When life turns to be unfair

"What the heck?" Drake screamed furious as he heard the news. "You can't be serious Thomas! You said she's safe and that they have no evidence to arrest her."

"Well, then the person who's doing this apparently took things to a new level. I'll figure it out don't worry."

Drake nodded his head before he sighs deeply. "I don't know how she deals with it... this is so much."

Being encaged doesn't always hold the same meaning and being imprisoned doesn't always mean you're in jail or in a closed, small, dark room.

"You know? We're prisoners of our own minds and the death to our own lives." Mrs Cooper told her in a moment of wisdom.

Valencia smiled while resting her head on the cell's wall.

It's funny how she wasn't the cause of her own death...

She took a look at the ceiling that seemed to protect her more than hurt her. This time, it was just a room, hiding from her what's actually happening in the real world.

She knew it won't last, but yet Valencia seemed to take the maximum of what those four walls are providing.

Why does it feel safer than home?

Zack was looking around in Valencia's room, searching for a feast to his own curiosity, but he blamed it on his fear for his sister's freedom.

In a way, Zack was dangerous.

Everyone is somehow dangerous; the nice, the bully, the bullied, the ruler and the homeless.

No one is sane, and sometimes mistakes happen while people search for the right road.

While he was going through her stuff, he found her purse thrown on her bed. He sat in a chair and started looking into it.

It started raining heavily. The sky started crying in agony and fear, screaming in thunders and breathing in light hurricanes.

Declan was watching the rain dropping with a stern smile as if it was forced.

"Do you need to know what happened to Valencia?" Dylan asked him, lighting a cigar and closing his eyes.

"What? You know what happened? Tell me!" Declan stood up, feeling the shivers going through all his body.

"Nah I won't... but it's such a shame." Dylan let out a sigh, blowing with it the smoke. "You know... it's really bad that you acted alone out of fear. Now you're stuck with me, waiting for Satan's mercy... or revenge."
