Amnesia (Luke Hemmings fan-fic)

Chapter 6

Our food comes and I start eating my food. I finish my baked potato, and as I'm about to start eating my steak Luke shows up. "How's everything?" He says smiling. "I didn't catch your guys names." "Oh, I'm Grace, and this is Valory. Or Val for short" I say smiling back. "Well Grace, if I asked you to sing in front of everyone in this restaurant, would you?" He says charmingly. "Only if I had someone to sing with." I say before taking a sip of my Dr. Pepper. "Well, you're in luck. Come sing a song with me. We have a stage for a reason." He says chuckling. "Dammit." I say standing up. "What song?" He says walking toward the stage. "Do you know Radioactive?" I say following him. "Yeah. So does the band, it works out." He says grabbing two mics. "Hi. I'm Luke and this is Grace, we have a surprise for you today." The band starts playing and I begin to sing. "I'm waking up to ash and dust, I wipe my brow and I swear my rust." I sing, continuing through the song. I don't even realize that Luke has stopped singing and gotten off stage. After the song ends, people applaud and I try to get off the stage as soon as possible. But I trip and fall off the stage.
