-Chapter 10-
Cameron's pov
Leave me alone! Go play with someone else. I signed with my eyes closed.
I was pretty sure he was signing something but I kept my closed so I couldnt see it. What I didnt expect was an impact hitting me on the head.
My eyes flung open only to see my brother grinning from ear to ear.
Yay! I got you to wake up. Now move it! He ordered and I went back to sleep. He pushed me over the bed with all his strength and I fell over.
"Let. Me. Sleep!" I said through gritted teeth but he just smiled.
Move it! You need to get a life! Stop mopping around. He said.
"I am so depressed. She wouldnt talk to me! I dont feel like doing anything now." I sighed and he pulled me up from the floor.
Then go get her. Or I will! He said with seriousness.
"You Wouldnt Dare!" I frowned.
Try me.
"I hate you!"
I know you love me. Now get your ass moving or you'll see me with her tonight!
"Fine."
I got dragged from my sleep to playing tennis with my brother. I hated how both of us like the same girl but he let me have her because he didnt want to hurt her when he goes off to college. And I blew it. I just blew it!
When we reached the tennis court, a couple caught my eyes. Was that Lee? And who was that girl?
I felt a tap on my shoulder.
Isnt that Vanessa? I am going over to say hi. He told me and left.
I followed him closely behind and Vanessa squealed at the sight of him. They hugged and started signing. It was amazing how she wanted to learn how to sign just to be friends with my brother. Plus she was still good at it.
I watched Lee carefully. What was he doing here with her? They never hang out alone like that. The guys I normally see her with is Nick, Ben and Blake. Sometimes Luke and Brandon. When did Lee come into the list of tennis buddies.
He then put his arm around her which made me pretty pissed.
"He asked if we came together." She translate what my brother said to Lee and he nodded at Cody.
I watched Lee's every move with caution. Mentally removing his arm and breaking it.
"She promised to play with me." Lee chuckled and she took his cap of his head playfully.
"No I didnt! You forced me to play with you!" she said and put his cap on her head.
"I did not! Stop making me look evil." he laughed.
"It is the truth! Are you going keep standing there and lying about how I am here or play?" she asked Lee.
They played a game and obviously Vanessa won. She was good in every sports she knows. How? I had no idea. She started doing a cute victory dance when she won her last point.
I would stare all day if I could. I wish she was mine again. Watching her, a tennis ball flew right pass me, making me do a double take.
Crap.
Cody winked at me and swung his racquet happily.
40 love he signed.
Slowly I caught up but he won the set which annoyed me. We were playing best of 3 sets and he was leading 2 sets.
