Epilogue

-Chapter 25-

"Babe?" He said, stroking my head lightly.

"Hmm?"

"Wakey wakey." he cooed.

"What time is it?" I mumbled.

"Pretty sure it is time for you to wake up."

"Seriously.."

"8.30. You're suppose to be at college at what time?"

"Oh shit!" I said pushing myself up as quick as possible. "At 9!"

I rushed into the toilet and got ready at the fastest time possible. I might have even beaten my personal record for it. I ran out of my our dorm and straight to my class after a good bye peck on Jacob's lips.

It was first day of college and I was already late. Great. Just great. Now my lecturer was going to judge me. As the student who isn't serious about her college and her future. As soon as I step foot into class, I heaved a sigh of relief when I found my lecturer was late too. There was also only one seat left, without any other option I took my seat.

Now time to make friends.

I turned to my left to see a guy with dirty blonde hair and to my right to see a girl with blonde hair but she highlighted with pink color. To be honest I liked her hair. I had always wanted to color or highlight my hair but had no guts to do it. Before I could choose which person I was going to make friends with, another guy came up to me.

"OMG Ben?"

"Thank god you remember me." He laughed and I got up to hug him.

"Now why would I not remember you?"

"I don't know. You walked past me earlier without a glance at me, so I thought that maybe you were taking Candace's side."

"What in the world do you mean?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Candace and I broke up. I saw the twins the other day and they totally ignored me. They said something about me being a douche." he sighed.

"Well maybe you were." I shrugged with a chuckle.

"You seriously think so?" he frowned.

"Nope. I know so. Didn't she tell you why she was mad?"

"No. She didn't want to talk to me at all. Trust me, I have been trying for ages to get her to. She said until I find out why, she ain't gonna talk to me. Gosh." he smacked his palm on his face.

"Well, it ain't my responsibility to tell you either. But it is great seeing you here. I can't believe we are going to be in the same class!"

Before he could utter another word, the lecturer came in and he took his place.

I basically did my best to stay awake in class and I guess I could say that I succeeded because I didn't fall asleep. The class was over before I knew it. "Hi name's Lacey." The girl who sat next to me in class said as she reached her hand out for me to shake. "And Cute friend you have." she winked at him but Ben didn't see.

"Mine is Vanessa and for the record, he is taken." I told her.

"Bummer. What was I suppose to do here again?" She said rubbing her chin trying to think. "Oh right. I came to tell you that there is 2 guys there wanting you to sit with them."

"Really? oh okay." I took my lunch and followed her to the table.

"Hey, I'm Gordon." the first guy said and the second guy said "I'm Austin. you are?"
