-Chapter 16-

"Luke, spin the bottle!" Nick said cheerfully.

"Alright. Here goes nothing." he replied and spinned the bottle in front of him. We were sitting in a circle around the camp fire and playing spin the bottle. Every year the football guys would plan a camp in the nearby forest as a bonding session which was NOT under the surpervision of the school. Every guy was to bring one person, preferably a girl. It was like asking them to be their date on a camp. Apparently Nick brought me.

At every camp, it was a tradition to play spin the bottle. They were to forget about being in a relationship if they were or be carefree because this game was a dare. A challenge to trust your teamates on your girlfriends. We would only go one round just for fun.

When a guy spins the bottle and get another guy, he have to spin it again until you get a girl and vice versa.

"I got Tiffany." he smiled. She smiled back seductively when he walked towards her. He placed his lips on hers and gave her a small peck.

"Scaredy cat!" they teased, and Tiffany pouted.

"I will only give a proper kiss to one girl." he laughed

"Who would that girl be?" Tiffany asked.

"It's a secret." he winked.

We went in a circle so it was Blake's turn as he was sitting next to Luke. He spinned it and it landed on me. Oh how I dreaded this to happen. He looked at me with an awkward smile and walked over to my side. Cody was beside me and he released my hand that he was holding onto.

Cameron brought Cody which explained the reason he was here with me. Cameron didnt know I was coming because if he did, he would not have brought Cody. Cameron objected our relationship so badly, he tried making up reasons why I shouldnt date his brother. To be honest, I was taking a risk with Cody. I didnt know what my heart was pointing to but I guess this was a start of moving on.

He got really pissed when he found out and said that his brother betrayed him. What crawled up his ass and bit him? Who knows? Why was he getting so worked up about me dating his brother? It was not like I was cheating on him.

"Dont blame me. This isnt my fault." Blake whispered laugh and closed the gap between us. Our lips were only centimetres apart but at the last second, he turned away and kissed my cheeks.

"That was worst than Luke!" Ben shouted and the whole group laughed.

"Hey, I was just respecting and keeping my promise I made." Blake said, with a glint of satisfaction in his eyes. I shot him a grateful smile.

"We need a new rule now. No kisses on other places besides the lips." Nick guffawed.

"That's just too strict man!" Blake defended.

"Fine but we have punishments. The guy have to do 10 push ups." Cameron joked.

"Deal." they all agreed.

The game continued from one to another and then Cameron's turn. He spinned the bottle and it slowed down when it was coming to me. My heart was racing. Crap.

In the end, it thankfully landed in between me and Cody. I sighed a sense of relief.

"So Vanessa." Cameron smiled and Cody's hand on mine tightened with nervousness.

"It's in between." I stated, sending a desperate look to Nick for help.

"Spin again, Cam." Nick ordered. "It isnt fair."

"Shouldnt I get to choose the nearest girl?" Cameron tried reasoning with Nick but got a glare back instead.

He reluctantly spinned the bottle again and this time it stopped in front of Candace.
