He glanced over with a tinted smile that seemed to last forever, the moment continued, gradually they moved closer.
"A-A-Ari!" He stuttered, lost for words as his voice had been carried away by Ariana's outfit.
"Mac" Lov...
Ariana woke up to be greeted by the bright hospital lights in the ward 9.
The nurse came over to Mac and held his hand, Ari quickly grabbed the other one.
The nurse held his cheek, Ari held his other cheek.
"Miss Grande, I would appreciate if you stopped copyi-" "Leave him alone, he is fine, don't change him, I want Mac, please leave" Ariana shouted, guarding her boyfriend.
"Why were you grabbing his cheek and holding his hand anyway..." She started
"Ariana you are over reacting, I - I - I was just"
"Hmmm thought so, stop flirting with my boyfriend, you are supposed to be saving lives not stealing boyfriends Nurse Maya" Ariana stated.
"Ummm well I'm just going to get the blood pressure machine" the nurse ran swiftly slamming the door shut.
"Thanks Ari, but don't worry" Mac strained.
"I'm not having her do this to you ok, she is supposed to be caring and looking after you okay..." Ariana said protectively.
"Mr. Miller" A voice shouted "That's my cue, see you love" Mac spoke quietly.
"Your girlfriend has caused a scene in the office, a nurse has run in crying saying she was hit by Ariana?" The doctor addressed "Is this true?"
"No, that nurse was trying to flirt with me and touching me on my face..." Mac's face dropped.
"Maya...Nurse Maya?" "Yes...that's her" Mac replied
"Why hasn't he gone for his appointment yet, why is he still in the corridor, make him better doctor!!!" Ariana said loudly as she was mad.
"Sit down please Miss Gra-" Ariana was shot with a needle in her arm, filled with medication to send her to sleep.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING" Mac screamed damaging his vocal chords.
"Ahhhh, that hurt" Mac said, he gradually went dizzy and unconscious.
"Oh dear, this is not good" the doctor screamed and ran out of the ward.
"I'm out" he shouted, dropping his lanyard key pass through the office window.
~{}~ "What do you mean they gave her the wrong drug...she wasn't even on the ward it was her boyfriend?" The examiner shouted in a shocked expression.
"Why did you inject her a needle with drugs..." "I can't believe this, this is appalling to the community and doctors of this hospital..." ~{}~ Ariana was in darkness, laid next to her boyfriend who had moved to room 26 with her.
Mac was all cold and nervous " My girl, Ari, my moonlight, baby, you didn't know this but Frank met me a few days ago... he said to protect you and that's what I will do..." he started before breaking down.
He locked the door of room 26 and returned to his bed.
"Night angel, I'm thinking bout you"
~{}~ 1:00am --- MEETING ROOM... "THIS GIRL SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN DRUGED WITH MEDICATION" the investigator shouted.
"She was a danger to the hospital" The ward guard interrupted.
"Who do you think you are...you do not interrupt me!" "Well I was just-" "Just thinking about being quiet?" Implied the investigator. ~{}~ "I will forever love you" Mac lovingly said holding her hand and kissing it.
"Love you, moonlight"
Mac closed his eyes and smiling faces appeared from the light...

Her smile made Mac's face glow with pride.
