Chapter 3

Hayes P.O.V

"Hey" I called to her, "where are you going."

I quickly hoped on my penny board and chased after her. She turned and looked at me but just kept riding. Finally I caught up to her.

"Hey why are you ignoring me?"

She finally stopped, and just looked at me.

"I'm not ignoring you, it's just I don't know what to say."

She looked away again. I put my finger under her chin and made her look at me.

"Well you could tell me your age, favorite color, why you moved, where u moved from, favorite

food, favorite animal, you favorite numbers, preferably your phone number. And the list can go on

and on and on." She just looked at me.

"14, green, I have to see a doctor, New Jersey, Mexican, elephants, and 973-219-8817(I made that

number up), any more questions?" She said raising her eyebrows.

"Actually yes, would you like to hang out? My house?" I said

"Sure" she smiled a little

"Okay let me just go tell my brother Nash, come with me" I said grabbing her hand. She flinched

but took my hand and rode with me. I felt butterflies in my stomach as soon as I touched her. Wait

do I like. No hayes you have a girlfriend. But I think I do.

When I finally found nash I told him I'm going home to hang out with Dakota.

"This is Dakota, she just moved on our street." I said telling nash

"Hey I'm nash" he hugged Dakota then got back to to phone. He started to to the camera so I guess

he was making a vine. Dakota giggled.

"What is he doing" she asked

"Making a vine"

"I'm vine famous" he said wiggling his eyebrows

"I knew I've seen you someone before!!" Dakota said. I smiled and took her hand. She just looked

at my hand but finally we inner locked fingers. I felt fireworks going off in my stomach again.
