Dakotas P.O.V

I woke up with my mothers hand holding mine with tears streaming down her face. I was confused and dizzy. Where am I? My mother looked up at me with wide eyes.

"Dakota" she whispered

"Hi mom" I weakly said

She started crying even more and gave me a huge hug.

"Hello Ms. Monta how are you feeling" some guy in scrubs said

"I'm okay. Where am I? And who are you?" I looked around the room

I saw a monitor and a tv then saw a needle in my arm and me in a gown lying in a bed. I'm in the hospital I guess so he's probably the doctor.

"Your in the hospital and I'm doctor Stroll" looked at me worried

"I needed you to answer these question for me, okay" I nodded and he began asking them

"What is your favorite color?"

"Oh it's um pink"

"I thought it was blue honey" my mother asked

"Okay next question. What is your name?"

"Dakota" I said but it came out like a question

"Last question. What is your dogs name"

My mom looked at the doctor weird but he just nodded to her.

"Her name is Oreo" I said

"Dakota" my mom was crying, "we don't have a dog"

I started sobbing.

"Why can't I remember anything!" I screamed

"Dakota you have amnesia, it's not a serious case, you should get your memory back but for now you won't remember much only certain things." The doctor looked sad "I'm sorry dear"

I was about to say something but someone barged into the room. He was tall he had insanely blue eyes and brown hair. His eyes went wide when he saw me

"Dakota!" He screamed then practically smushed me with a hug

"Are you okay, I missed you" he went to grab my hand but I pulled away.

"Who are you" I asked

I saw the hurt in his eyes.

"I'm Hayes Grier, you boyfriend" he chocked out

My mother look at him with sympathy and explained that I have amnesia and can't remember much, but I should regain my memory. We just don't know when.

Hayes quickly graded his phone, typed something and put it back in his pocket.

He just looked at me. "I love you Dakota" a tear fell down his face

He loved me. Did I love him. He was my boyfriend so I should try to remember loving him.

"You loved me?" I asked

"I still love you" he cried

He learned in and our lips connected. Sparks spread threw my body. And butterflies were in my stomach.

"I wish could remember you" I said, a tear streamed down my face

Nash's P.O.V

All the guys were still at my house, and they were staying for another 2 weeks too. We were just watching tv, and making vines when my mom bursted threw the door in tears.

I ran over to her, "mom what happened" I asked

She was still crying, "it's Hayes" she sobbed "there was a fight in school and now he's missing"

As soon as she said that my phone went off, it was a text from Hayes, "come to the hospital, it's Dakota"

The first thing I thought was she tried to kill herself again. Only me and Hayes knew about Dakotas depression and stuff. I don think the other guys knew yet.

"Come one where going to the hospital, it's Dakota" I yelled to guys

Everyone jumped up and ran to the cars.

"Are you coming mom?" I asked while grabbing the keys

"No no I need to lay down, go take care if Hayes and Dakota please" she looked exhausted

I ran out to the car, in one car it was me, Cam, Matt, Shawn, and Carter, then in Taylor's car in was Taylor, Aaron, the Jacks, and Jacob.

When we got the hospital we all just ran to the room, because Hayes let us know where she was staying.

We got to her room and just ran in. Dakota was holding Hayes hand smiling. Hayes was smiling too but his eyes were sad. Dakotas mom was talking to the doctors. Me and all the guys got her a stuffed animal, but of course Taylor got the biggest one because they were the closest. He got her a huge dark chocolate colored bear.

"Oh my princess!" He yelled while tackling her with a hug. About 2 seconds later the rest of the guys joined the hug.

When we ended the hug Dakotas eyes were wide, she looked almost scared.

"Bæ what's wrong?" Matt asked while taking her hand

She flinched and pulled it away. Hayes looked at her and she nodded.

"Dakota has amnesia, and can't remember a lot, she doesn't remember us." He said while standing up

"What" we all said in unison

I saw a tear roll down Matt cheek.

"Hey she's gonna be okay" I said while patting him on the back

"My best friend, doesn't remember me"
