Story #2 (Group #2)

Ava's Pov:

We just finished unpacking everything in our living room, and everything else from the giant truck. Now dad wants to adventure more!!? I'm tired so I just want to climb in my bed and play on our tablet. We have to share it since it's also for dad's work, but I still have games on it.

"Do you really want to adventure right now? I'm tired." I said. "Well if you really don't want to adventure then I can go by myself." He explained. Ya I guess that's fair.

And so as I was walking back to my room I saw him putting his shoes on and walking out the door.

Dan's Pov:

I walked outside with the only pair of non-fancy-ish shoes that I have and started walking towards the woods. I immediately find a hidden trail and walk into it. I keep walking on the path until it stopped suddenly and thought of going back. Though thinking, what adventurer adventured someone else's discoveries and doesn't find anything new?

I turn to my right and start walking until I run into a thorn bush or something. When I decide to go back (it was starting to turn night) and turned around and headed back to the house. Though when I tried to I couldn't tell where I was anymore.

I didn't know where to go, I took a right back to the normal path. Then there were two ways to go that I didn't notice before.

I decided to go left, so I started walking again. Though soon finding out that I went the wrong way because I know the house wasn't this far away. I turned around to go the other way, but stopped halfway through the turn.

I looked down and looked at the bump in the trail. Me being curious I knelt down and brushed away the leaves and tried my best at the vines.

And it was at that moment that I realized, it looked like a human body. quickly I ripped off all the vines and uncovered the body and saw the ripped skin and that he was not rotten yet.

I didn't think much of it and picked him up and slung him over my shoulder and ran back the way I know I came from. I ran to the garage and sat him down on the work bench that was in the garage when we moved in.

I had my phone out, about to call 911, but suddenly saw the inside of the tore skin. It didn't have blood, it only had wires and metal. It was also at that moment that I realized, this guy isn't human, he's a robot.

Ava then came outside and into the garage. "Hey I saw you out the window, something wrong?" she asked. I undialed 911 and put my phone back into my pocket. "Ya, everything is fine. I discovered something though." I said looking at the bot on the table.

Woah! she said looking at the bot and fully walking outside with me. We both looked at him in awe and both didn't know what to do.
