Chapter 18

Harry's POV

The boys and I file out onto the porch. It was night outside and the only source of light was the street lamps and the moon. We all sat on the seats and the only sound to be heard were the dogs barking and the crickets crickling. 

"Harry." Louis stated quietly. I turned my head towards him before rolling my eyes, still seething with anger. They just don't get it.

"We're trying to help you." Zayn called. I sighed, rubbing my faces with my hands. I honestly didn't want to hear this.

"Are you gonna listen to us?" Liam asked.

"Why should I? I already know what you're gonna say." I snapped. I stood up and walked towards the railing of the porch breathing in the fresh night air. How did my life get so messed up?

"Please Harry, just hear us out." Niall sighed.

"It's not like I have much of a choice." I mumbled as I sat back down. 

"Eleanor's right. You should call Holly. She deserves to know where her daugther is." Zayn stated.

"I deserve to have my daughter." I say through gritted teeth.

"I agree, every dad should be able to be with their daugthers. It our responsiblity as dad's to care and nuture our children. We also need to do what's best for them. You know very well, that what your doing is not good for you nor Darcy." Liam lectured.

"How so?" I quiz, throwing my hands in the air.

"For one, Darcy ran away. I bet Holly has the police searching everywhere for her. Second, we all know you and Holly aren't in the best standings with each other." Liam replied.

"That's an understatement." I grumbled.

"Exactly my point. By not tell her, your only adding fuel to the fire." Liam stated. I shook my head as I buried my head in my hands. 

"C'mon Niall, what about you?" I ask, hoping he might agree with me.

"I don't know, mate. I understand where your coming from. I mean, I have a daughter and she's all I got. I want to be with her as much as I can. But I know, that if someone even tried to take her away from me, I'd kill them in a heartbeat." Niall responded.

"You guys just don't get it. Maybe if this was happening to you, you might see things my way." I yell as I head towards the door. I am just ready to leave, take my daughter, and go.

"I agree with Harry." Louis piped up. I whipped around to look at him, along with everyone else.

"Are you crazy Louis? He's clearly wrong." Liam protested. I wanted to punch Liam in the face so bad.

"No, he's not. He hasn't seen Darcy in 12 years. He just wants to make it up to her and love her like he should of. Plus, once he calls Holly, she's gonna make Darcy come back. I don't mean to sound selfish but, I love Darcy. I missed her all of these years and I kinda don't want her to leave." Louis explained. Everyone looked at him shocked, even me.

"Larry is real..." Niall joked. We all shoot him a death glare as he sunk into his chair. "Too soon?"

"Whatever, I'm done with this mess. I'm trying to help you Harry and you're only making it worse for yourself. Call me when your crap sorted out." Liam huffed as he stormed inside.

"Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with Liam on this one. By not calling Holly, you're only making things worse. I'll see you guys soon." Zayn called as he exited. Louis, Niall, and I all lingered around in silence.

"It's getting late and Olivia has to go to bed. I'll call you guys tommorow, yeah?" Niall suggested. We both nodded our heads as he headed inside.

"I'm going to go inside and talk to Eleanor. You need to talk to Darcy." Louis said.

"About what?" I asked. Louis just gave me a look and I knew exactly what he meant.

"Just do the right thing." He responded as he left. I sat on the porch, my thoughts swallowing me. Louis was right. I had to do the right thing.
