Mabel's POV

I sighed in relief as I heard Bill leave to go let Tad in. He didn't need to know about my arm.

I quickly found a black shirt to throw on and then ran out to see Bill letting Tad in.

"Tad," he seethed as he opened the door. "Come on."

"Bill," Tad chimed, though it seemed fake as well. "What a pleasure." Obviously not, I thought.

"I'm sure it is." Bill closed the door and Tad walked further in, then turned around to face Bill. He was tall, though a bit shorter than bill, with black hair, and was wearing a suit almost similar to Bill's, but it was in a purple and black scheme and a bit more casual.

"Well, is this your new slave?" Tad smirked and I cringed at being called a slave. You'd think I'd be used to it by now, but there was something about him saying it that made it ten times worse.

"This is Mabel," Bill said, turning around to see me. I tried to hide what I was feeling, but I think he saw through me.

'Are you okay? ' I heard in my mind. I didn't respond.

"Well, Mabel," Tad walked over and took my hand and kissed the top of it. "It's a pleasure to meet you." It took everything in me not to cringe out loud.

"You too," I said quickly, hoping to end any conversation with him.

"Alright," Bill seemed to growl. "Lets go eat." He took me and pulled me away from Tad and walked to the kitchen to get food.

When we got there, we sat down at the table. Bill and me sat close to each other and Tad sat opposite from me. Bill seemed really protective right now. But, he did say he didn't trust this guy. He also hates me though, so how much can he really care. Besides the fact he needs me to live.

"So, Mabel, how long have you been a slave for Bill," Tad asked in-between bites of food. My eyes widened and I looked at Bill, not sure of how to answer that.

"I've known her for a while," Bill responded for me. "We've only recently made a deal though," Bill answered for me.

"Oh, what's the deal?" Tad asked, looking at me. I hesitated for a moment before answering.

"Um, if I stay here and give him power, he'll cure me of my depression and anxiety," I said quietly. When I was done I looked back at my lap.

"Oh, so she is a slave." Tad smirked, and neither Bill or I answered. "Well, I'm sorry. Bill can be a dick to his slaves sometimes." Right when Tad finished his sentence, I heard a loud bang that made me flinch. I snapped my head up to see Bill's fist on the table.

"Tad, let's keep the conversation between us," he seethed. "She's not important."

"Oh, really?" He looked back at me. "Is that true, are you not important?" I Kept my eyes glued to my lap.

"Strange! Stop this now!" He only laughed and looked back at Bill.

"What are you going to do Bill?" Bill's chair flew back suddenly as he stood up.

"I'll fucking tear you into a million pieces if you say one more thing to her." Tad only calmly dabbed his face with his napkin, then put it down and stood up too. Wow, Bill was pissed.

"You think you can beat me?" He asked calmly. Why the Hell is he challenging Bill? I thought Bill was one of the most powerful beings in existence.

"What the Hell are you talking about?" Bill was blood red at this point. "I'm more powerful than you'll ever be!"

"We'll see," Tad smirked.

"Star, run now!" I jumped up and started for the door, but my path was blocked by Tad's purple flames. I whipped around to see tad holding a hand up.

"Oh, no. Don't leave just yet sweetheart."

"I'll fucking kill you!" Bill lunged at Tad, but tad only snapped his fingers and Bill went limp on the ground.

"Bill!" I tried to run to him but Tad grabbed my arm and pulled me to him.

"Well, that's why you don't take power from people you don't trust. It could be infected." He smirked and leaned into my face.

"W-what did you do to him?" I stuttered.

"Nothing serious, he'll just be out for the next few minutes or so." I tried to struggle out of his grip.

"What do you want!"

"I want what you want." I stopped struggling.

"Wha-"

"All you want, is to be free of what's been hurting you for the past year." I stared at him, eyes flooding with tears. I couldn't tell if he meant my mental state or Bill. Or both.

"How can you-"

"I can help. All you have to do is come with me." I looked back at Bill.

"But- Bill said he would help-"

"Well has he!" Tad snapped. "Has he done anything to cure you yet, or bring you back to Dipper? He doesn't care about you! Only I can help you." I looked back at Tad.

"He said not to trust you."

"How can you trust him. This demon harassed you for a year. He has raped you! Beat you! Traumatized you! Just because he's pretending to be nice now, doesn't mean he actually cares about you. If he did, he would have cured you by now." I paused for a moment.

"...And you will?"

"Of course. All you have to do is come with me." I looked back at Bill who was stirring awake by now. He looked up at me.

"Star," he weakly said. I turned back to Tad.

"Okay, I will."

"Star no!"

"Excellent," Tad smirked and took my hand, and we were gone.
