Bill's POV

"Are you sure you want to do this? There's a good chance it won't work Bill."

"I don't care. It's the only plan we have." We had decided to use the memory gun to take all my powers. Since I'm a demon, it wouldn't affect my memories. Only my power. Memory lies in the soul, which I do not have, so the gun will grab on to the next most powerful thing it can find.

Once Tad thinks I'm dead, he'll let down what ever he put up to keep me away. Then, hopefully, Pinetree can give my power back and I'll be alive. But that was the part we were unsure about.

"We could just wait him out. You said it yourself, he can't hold it up forever." I shook my head.

"Not an option. We don't know what Mabel's going through right now. We need to get to her as soon as possible. And Tad is a hoax demon. I've already under estimated him too many times. We need him to think I'm out of the picture." Pinetree sighed.

"Alright. Just... don't blame me if this doesn't work." He grabbed the gun. He had quickly modified it to allow it to be on a higher setting. This should work, maybe.

"How can I, I'd be dead," I said coldly. he just didn't respond as he charged up the gun.

"Ready?" He brought the gun up.

"Go." I took a deep breath, and Pinetree clicked the trigger. Instantly, I felt a cold feeling go over my body until darkness took over.

I opened my eyes right after I felt myself blackout, and I was in the mindscape. I wasn't sure if this meant I was dead or not. Well, I twist exactly like the mindscape, but close enough. It was more void and blank. I didn't really know, all I knew is I've never been here beef so it was a good indication that I was techniques dead.

I closed my eyes and tries to concentrate. I searched through dimensions to try to find Tad's mind. I wasn't sure if it would work or not.

Was just about to give up, when I finally was able to weakly sense it. I couldn't understand a lot of what was going on, but I got enough to know that he thought I was dead.

"Yes! Now hurry up Pinetree! I don't like being dead!" I yelled, mostly to myself. Of course, no response came. I wasn't sure how long it would be, or if he could do it, but it needed to be done quickly.

After about half an hour, still, I was stuck here.

"Damn kid, what the hell is taking so long?" I mumbled to myself. As if on cue, I felt something start to tingle. My powers were slowly coming back to me. I jumped up and focused on using them to get back alive. I closed my eyes and felt myself being pulled back to my body.

When I opened them, the first thing I saw was Pinetree and Sixer fighting. Oh shit, Sixer must have woken up and tried to stop him.

"Hey!" I yelled and jumped up to stop Sixer, but the second I stood up, I almost fell back down. Damn, dying takes a lot out of you.

"What the Hell Dipper, how could you bring him back!" I watched Dipper duck out of a punch.

"It's for Mabel! Do you even care about her!" Dipper then threw his own punch, hitting his great uncle in the gut.

"Ug," he groaned and staggered back. "Of course, just not at the expense of what that monster can do. You're not seeing the whole picture Dipper!" I tried to stand to help Dipper, but I was too weak.

"What the Hell is going on!" I looked over to the entrance of the lab to see Fez standing there in shock of the bloody fighting scene before him.

"Stan, help!" Dipper cried.

"No Stanley, grab Dipper and get him out of here!"

"Shut the hell up!" Dipper hit him square in the jaw, but Sixer grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground.

"Stanley, he's trying to free Bill!"

"No," Pinetree yelled from the ground. "I'm trying to save Mabel! Please, Stan, help me!" Pinetree stood up and tried to attack Sixer again, but he just pushed him back down. The kid was too weak at this point.

"Save Mabel?" Fez questioned.

"If Bill dies, we lose her!" he cried again.

"But we can't free him, he's a demon!" Fez stared at his brother in shock.

"You'd sacrifice her just to destroy him?" Sixer walked towards him with his hands up defensively.

"Stanley, just let me ex-" Before he could finish, Fez punched him in the jaw with his brass knuckles on, knocking him completely out.

"Damn," I whispered. Fez shot me a glare, before walking over to help Pinetree.

"Kid, are you alright?"

"Yeah." He stood up and glanced over at me. "Bill! you're alive!" He stumbled over to me. "Did it work? Does he think you're dead?"

"Yeah. It worked." I heard them both breathe a sigh of relief.

"So let's go!" I tried to stand up.

"Wait kid, I'm still weak."

"We don't have time! We need to get her now!"

"I know, just give me a minute."

"Wait," Fez butted in. "What the Hell is going on and why did I just have to knock out my brother?" Pinetree looked at me, then back at him.

"Well, we summoned Bill here to give him his powers and get Mabel back, but she was taken by another demon. Ford didn't want to give him his powers back and... yeah."

"He wouldn't give him his powers even to get Mabel back!" Pinetree nodded his head. "Bastard." Fez clenched his fists and walked away.

"Bill," Pinetree turned back to me. "When will you be better?"

"I'm not sure." I tried to stand up again and finally did without falling over.

"Well, how much power do you have?"

"Not much. Jeez kid, give me a minute I just died." Pinetree breathed in annoyance and walked over to Fez. They Picked up Sixer and took him upstairs.

I stood in the lab and tried to test my power. It was definitely coming back to me, but I wasn't sure how long it would be until I had enough to go get Star. I hoped she was okay.

"Bill!" Pinetree ran down the stairs. "You ready?"

"Not sure. Where's Fez?"

"Watching Ford. We should go before he wakes up again." I scoffed.

"It's not like he's that hard to fight."

"I know, I just don't want to fight him anymore." I looked at the kid, and he was pretty beaten up. He had a black eye and a fat lip. And the blood stains around his nose suggested a bloody nose at some point. And these were just the injuries I could see. I'm sure fighting his great uncle made him feel guilty.

"You sure you want to come kid? You look pretty beaten up."

"I'm fine. I just want Mabel back."

"Alright," I sighed. "Let's go."

"Do you have enough power?"

"Only one way to find out." I held out a blue fame engulfed hand to him once again. He imminently took it, and I was able to teleport us to Tad's house.
