"ITS YOUR WEDDING DAY!" Before I could even open my eyes I felt a heavy weight on me, making my eyes snap open.
"Aspen?" I asked once I saw the familiar blonde staring at me.
"GET UP! WE HAVE TO GO GET READY!" She yanked me up. I squinted my eyes due to the amount of sunlight coming through my window.
"I'm getting up." I groaned as I stood up. In a flash I was getting pulled out of my room and downstairs in the living room, where I saw mom. My heart sank once I saw sad she looked. She looked at me and smiled. She was holding my dress and shoes.
"Good morning." Mom spoke softly. I looked around for Dad.
"Your father is at the wedding, setting it up." Mom smile faded a little. I didn't know if I should tell her if I know she's leaving Dad. It looked like a touchy subject, I could see it in her eyes. She loves Dad, but it seems like Dad doesn't love her.
"Ok." I scratched my head. Aspen tossed me my flip flops, catching me off guard.
"Lets go." Aspen squealed. I was harshly pulled outside and into the car. She is way to happy for this wedding. Mom was in the drivers seat, I was in the passenger seat, and Aspen was in the backseat with my dress and shoes.
"So, where is the place?" I asked. I wasn't allowed to see the set up, it was meant to be a surprise.
"You'll see when we get there." Mom kept her eyes on the road. I then realized I was still in my sleeping attire.
"Is Greyson coming?" I turned in my seat to look at Aspen, who was playing with my heels. She nodded her head,
"Of course. He might hate Avery but he loves you." She smiled up at me. I smiled a little to.
"Is dad walking me down the isle?" I looked at mom. Her grip on the steering tightened as we took a right turn.
"I don't know sweetheart." Mom pulled her lips in a thin line. Way to go Emerson, bring up the guy she's leaving tonight.
After an hour of driving we finally arrived to a big, beautiful building. My mouth opened wide.
Of course I don't know what the building name was, because I've never seen it before."Avery and your father picked it out." Mom smiled. Aspen squealed as we got out of the car. She gave my dress and shoes to mom. All three of us walked up to the doors. Two men in black suits and sunglasses greeted us when we walked inside.
"Right this way. Ma'am." They said, leading us to the back room. I looked over and saw a flight of stairs a few feet away and tables set up everywhere. It is absolutely gorgeous.
"Here is your room. Your makeup, dress, and hair team will be here in no time." One of the men smiled. I smiled back as he walked away.
"Mrs. Wood." Aspen teased as I sat down in one of the chairs. I looked at myself in the big mirror with lights around it.
