Quickly a hand covers my mouth and then I see masons worried eyes floating above my face, I relax then and turn around and hug him burying my face into his chest. his strong arms wrap around me and pull me tighter towards him so I can feel the strong muscles pressing into me, I breath in the smell of him which is soap and deodorant and say "sorry for screaming" I hear mason sigh and say "it's alright, what did miss want?" I almost laugh out loud it's almost the exact same thing he said yesterday when I got in trouble, "got a warning for skipping school" mason laughs and says "same except this isn't my first time it's just the teachers love me so they let me get away with a little but more then usual" he says laughing "well that's not fair" I reply with a fake pout which makes him laugh harder then he releases me quickly and then I realize that voices are coming down the hall way and then I recognize the voice, they are masons friends. mason turns to me and looks casual then he starts talking about complete random stuff "yea, so do you know how to do the English homework" I know he already did this homework but I'm going to play along with him so I reply "oh yea you just have to copy out dictionary meaning from words in the book that you don't understand" by then mason friends are standing around us listening to the convosation, bell speaks up "would ya quite speaking about school, what do you think this is school?" everyone burst out laughing, me aswell, mason stops laughing and says "yes bell this is exactly what this is so bam" everyone laughs again then stops suddenly and look at me and I shrink back against the wall and say "what is there something on my face?" I get a muffled laugh from Lauren but she stops quickly and speaks up "why did you run off yesterday you had us worried? are you alright?" I take a deep breathe I hate lying at the best of times but this is gettin out of hand but I hardly know them so I can't just run around and tell everyone my secrets even if it would save me lying to them so I say "I wasn't feeling well that's why I ran off, I'm sorry if I worried you but I feel fine now so yeah" mike makes a noise in the back if his throat then walks to me and hugs me very tightly, shock by this sudden act I just got limp but them I regain myself and hug him back. when mike draws back he is smiling goofly just like he was yesterday before he made that stupid joke and walks over to Lauren and whispers something, Lauren cracks up laughing and almost falls over in the process. everyone is looking at her like she is mental but then Ryan speaks up "thank god I thought it was something we did because you seem pretty cool and I like how you talked back to Ava before you even knew what she could do to you in a blink of an eye, true bravey" he says a twinkle in his eyes then he reaches for Emma and draws he closer to him, I look away from them smiling and catch the eye of Alice who is smiling brightly and laughing with bell at Lauren's fit of laughter which is only just starting to die down.
