AUTHOR'S NOTE: I know that some of ya'll are probably going to bash me for using Justin's song but... I don't give a fuuu- *Ally slaps me*. What I mean is, go ahead. I personally like some of his songs and I think some of them have a really good meaning.
BTW, brace yourselves. No, really, because this is about to get really sad.
***This was originally a Normani imagine I started but I converted it because I've dropped my Fifth Harmony Gif Imagines book.
SUMMARY: A year ago, Y/N's girlfriend, Camila, passed away in a car accident due to a collision with a drunk driver. They weren't coping well with it at all, at the time. Being overrun by grief, depression, and anger, Y/N wasn't in the right mind anymore and turned to doing drastic things in order to make sense of everything, even things that aren't supposed to make sense.
It is now the anniversary of Camila's death and Y/N is one of their original songs on YouTube in order to help those who are currently going through the same or something similar.

WARNING(S): covers triggering themes, curse words, death
Feeling like I'm breathing my last breath
Feeling like I'm walking my last steps
Look at all of these tears I've wept
Look at all the promises that I've keptToday marks one year after Camila's death. I still remember the cop coming home and having to tell me as if it were just yesterday. I didn't believe him at first. I'd like to say that I didn't because his act was really bad or his suit looked phony, but it was really just me being in denial.
"Are you Y/N L/N?" The man in blue asked, his cap shielding the most of his face.
"Yes..." I said, my eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "What's this about?"
"I'm sorry to inform you but your girlfriend, Camila Cabello, died in a car crash." He said, his voice grim.
My lips pressed into a thin line, "Haha, very funny. I assume you're just one of Camila's friends that I haven't met you, here to prank me? Well, I'm not falling for it. Tell Camila she can come out from hiding now."
"This isn't a joke," The officer said in a stern voice.
"It has to be," I snapped, not wanting to listen to anything this man said anymore about my 'dead' girlfriend. "Camila's not dead, she's probably just pulling my leg or something and you got dragged into it somehow."
"I'm sorry," Is all he said before he turned around and started to walk back toward his car.
Realization started to dawn as me as the reality of the situation finally settled in. My girlfriend was dead.
