TW: BLOOD, DEATH (so much death), MURDER, SADNESS, REVENGE

Alex furrowed his brow. "What?! How can you tell?"

"Two things," I said, sitting next to him. "One, she knew about the label."

Alex's eyes widened. "But we never told anyone about the label--"

"Exactly," I said. "Did you ever tell her about Felix dying?"

"No," he said quietly. "Why?"

"She knows he's dead, and she claims to know the reason."

His face went white. "No," he whispered, his eyes widening and filling with tears. "Oh, God, please don't have been her... What was the reason?"

"She said it was because she wanted to get with you."

Alex was silent for a moment.

And then he broke down into tears.

"GODDAMNIT!" he yelled tears streaming down his face. "GODDAMNIT! I HATE MYSELF! GOD, IT'S ALL MY FAULT!"

I slowly crept towards my sobbing boyfriend and wrapped my arms around him. He cried into my chest.

"It's all my fault," he whispered. "It's--"

CRASH!

Our heads snapped up.

The door no longer had a handle.

That bitch, that murderer stood in the doorway, brandishing a long hunting knife and wearing a sickening insane grin.

"Hello there, Alexander," she said, her voice sounding like it came from the depths of hell. "You've always wanted to die. How about I make your dreams come true?"

She screamed a demonic war-cry and leapt forward, shoving me out of the way and leaping onto Alex.

Alex struggled as she wrapped her free hand around his throat and pressing the knife to his chest. I leapt on top of her and yanked her back, throwing her against the wall. She screamed again and jumped onto me and plunged her knife into my abdomen.

A burning pain ripped through my body. I screamed as she yanked her knife back out and held it high above her head. Blood dripped down the blade and fell onto her forehead, where it trailed down her face. She didn't seem to notice, and sent the knife back down. I sealed my eyes shut, waiting for the end.

All I heard was Alex scream in pain.

My eyes snapped open. She wasn't on top of me, but rather her knife was embedded in Alex's chest.

Everything in me froze, and a voice within me wailed in fear and disbelief and horror.

With trembling hands, he wrapped both hands around the handle and pulled it out of his chest and yelled in pain.

He then proceeded to SHOVE IT INTO CASEY'S NECK.

She fell to the floor, gurgling and bleeding heavily.

Alex collapsed next to me. He laboriously turned his head to face me. Tears were streaming down his face. A large dark spot was forming around the wound.

"J-John," he gasped. "I... I love... you..."

His hand met mine and clutched it tightly.

Tears streamed down my face, and the wailing voice inside of me kept screaming no, no, NO!

His beautiful eyes glazed over, and his chest stopped moving.

"I love you too," I whispered. I wanted to scream, I wanted to hold him to my chest and cry, I wanted to howl my grief into the sky, while the tiny voice in my head screamed NO, NO, NO!

The edges of my vision darkened as I squeezed his hand one last time. Blood trickled out of the corner of his mouth.

I felt him squeeze back, and then everything faded to black.

(*evil laughter*)
