6 months later ..... 4 months after the baby was born

*Baby crying* Killian groaned from the warm sheets next to Regina. They weren't that warm, given they had about two hours since the baby cried the last time. "Oh shhh shh, hey there mate, you never going to let Daddy sleep hmm?" Killian asked softly as his small son in the blue fuzzy creeper was placed gently on his shoulder. They named him Brennan Henry Jones, and he was quite a handsome lad. Sparkling blue eyes, and so far some dark hair coming in, and definitely some lungs.

Killian went to the fridge, their kitchen had bottles and things everywhere, on the limited counter space. "I definitely need to get us a place, lad, you need room to grow," Killian said, and he got a bottle quickly into his son's mouth. "The rate you eat you'll outgrow this apartment before you're a year old," Killian said to his son.

"Daddy's best mate hmm?" He asked the small baby in his arms. He was a proud and doting father, Regina took him to work though until Killian was done at school at 3 pm. He gave them little sleep, but made up for it with some quiet moments where he would sleep soundly in their arms, and now he was starting to smirk and smile like his father.

"How are my guys this morning?" Regina asked coming out dressed for work, Killian had Baby B in his arms, as they called him, he was snuggled up to his Dad, who had his coffee mug in his hand. His mug had blue foot prints, of the baby actually, that Regina made for him. "We're good, he woke up at 4," Killian said, "I didn't even hear you, why didn't you wake me?" Regina asked, "Mmm little father son time," Killian said as Regina took the baby.

Baby Brennan 18 months old

"Mama!" Brennan said in Regina's arms at the pastry shop, "Have a good day young man," a customer said to the very handsome little boy. The regular customers had been seeing Regina's son quite a bit. "Hey baby what's up?" Killian asked answering her phone, he was supposed to be coming there, "Dada!" Brennan said knowing it was him.  "I'll be right there," Killian said, "Umm I gotta run, Regina isn't feel well," he said to his staff and left.

He carried inside with some bags of things, crackers and ginger ale, "Killian!" Regina ran to him, "Woah, feeling better?" he asked after she kissed his cheeks 5 times and took Brennan who was already hugging her, "That was a fast virus," Killian said, "No, it wasn't, it's a 9 month one," Regina smiled, "What? Pregnant?!!" Killian asked, his eyes widening and brightening, "Mmhmm, you're going to be a daddy again," Regina said, smiling. He smiled, and hugged her with their son.

"We definitely need to name her, I'm tired of calling her, HER," Regina said, "mmm if the lady insists," Killian said, sitting on the floor as Brennan built little blocks around him, they were trying to name their second child, whom was going to be a girl. Regina was 6 months along. This pregnancy she was craving everything sweet and sour. "Why not name her something after our mothers?" Killian asked, "True, you know Molly is an Irish form of Mary," Regina said, "Molly, I like it, Molly Cora Jones, since my Mother's married name was Jones," Killian said, "Perfect, you hear that in there," Regina said and the baby kicked, "I think she approves," Regina said, "Well, she has no choice," Killian said smiling.

Brennan was 2 years old and quite active and happy, he was always with Killian, Daddy's little boy. Regina had a feeling that he would be jealous when Killian held their little girl when she arrived. This pregnancy was no more difficult than Regina's first with their son, but their daughter was certainly more active. Regina felt a bit smaller than she did with Brennan, which Killian said was probably normal given girls are typically smaller. "I'm off," Killian said, "Where are you going now?" Regina asked, "I'm working love," Killian said kissing her goodbye and Brennan, "Bye mate, be good," he said heading out the door.

Regina was overly emotional at this stage in the pregnancy and called Killian about 5 times, "Love, I told you, I'm working," Killian said, trying to keep calm, as he was driving, Regina was getting upset. "Sweetheart calm down, Gigi, listen, it's ok, I'll be home in an hour." Killian said. "Well, who is she?" Regina snapped as Killian walked through the door, Killian sighed and took off his jacket, "Gigi, babe, this is really just your hormones playing tricks, where's Brennan?" He asked, "With your Aunt," Regina said. She was glaring at him, "I'm fat and you're having an affair," Regina said, "What?" Killian put his hands through his hair, "Regina, this is insane, I am not, and you're not fat, you're beautiful and glowing, carrying my child," he said. She started to cry, "Ok, this was supposed to wait until tomorrow," he said. "Tomorrow? On our anniversary you're going to tell me you're leaving me? And your son and future daughter for some hot girl!" Regina yelled.

"Bloody hell Gigi, first of all, you're only 28, so you're my hot girl, second, I'm not, nor will I EVER be interested in another woman, aside from our daughter, and third, you're pregnant and let's go," He said taking her hand. "Go where?" She snapped, "Just come, you trust me right?" He asked. She reluctantly went with him to the car and he started to drive. Twenty minutes into the drive, Regina was staring out the window, recognizing their grade school, the park, and Killian turned down their own street. She sighed, and they drove up, right to their old houses where they lived next door to each other since they were 7 until 16 when they lost their parents.

She stared right at the treehouse, still standing, in between the houses. The lawns were both manicured, and the houses exactly in the same perfect condition. "What are we doing here?" Regina asked, Killian took her hand, "Come on," he said leading her to the doorstep of his old house, he opened it, and went inside, "What you have keys?" She asked, he smiled, and she stepped inside as he covered her eyes, he removed his hands as he got her facing the living room. She gasped, as she looked around.

It was freshly painted, soft browns and blues, the same shelves stood, all refinished the same wood as they were 20 years ago when she first came inside this house when Killian was 7. The fireplace and shelves surrounding it were filled, with their photos once again. She looked around, her hand resting on her bump, above the fireplace was a collage of their wedding photos. On the mantle were pictures of them, their parents, their childhood, all the same photos that were there before their parents died. Their 14 year old social, their first date at 15, the 16 Ball, and everything after it, Brennan's birth. It was a home, it was their home. It was shiny and clean.

"You... we..." She couldn't speak, and her emotions flooded her thoughts, and tears filled her eyes, "I bought it, and I've been working on it when you got pregnant with Molly, ever since, making it just as perfect as it was all that time ago. I hadn't been here in over 10 years, and it was lived in, another family, they moved out, their children graduated, so it was perfect timing, Elliot actually helped me out, come," he said leading her outside, "I fixed up the tree-house, our tree-house," he said and she looked up at it. He guided her up the same ladder, fixed up, they were way too tall to go inside but she peaked through it, he fixed it all up, and he handed her the tin, that he buried in the board. She opened it, and inside were the same tickets, the old glasses of Brennan's. She cried again as he led her down, and their growth marks were still there, and the R and K with the heart.

He pointed, and new marks were there, "Brennan, you brought him here, and already measured him?" Regina asked, "mhmm, this treehouse is his now, once he gets a little bigger to go up there, and his little sister too," Killian said. "That's not all," Killian said and he faced Regina towards the house that was hers, starting when she was 7, she looked at it, and David and Mary Margaret waved from the window, "What?" She asked. Killian smiled, "They bought it, so no one else but our family would have it," Killian smiled, "Oh Killian," Regina said kissing him, "Welcome home, Regina," He said.
