Cammie's POV

My head is pounding, fast and hard. I open my eyes to a low light. I'm in a hospital bed, but not in a hospital. I start to move, when the pain hits me like a wave. I lean over and clutch my stomach unable to support the pain.

"You probably shouldn't move a while" he says.
"Thanks for noticing" I say, annoyed he couldn't have mentioned that.
"Oh come on, Gallagher Girl" he says smirking. I look around the house with the wooden panels and the trees surrounding the windows.
"Where are we?" I ask looking at him.
"A CIA safe house" I look at him as if to tell him that they have leaks and they would find us. But he seems to already find as saying "what's the difference?"

"How did we get here?" I ask him closing my eyes to try to hide the pain.

"I Found a jet that Liz tracked for me, I put it on autopilot and took out the bullet, which is fine by the way- and really hard to take out thanks for asking" He says sarcastically.

"Oh be quiet," I start and look out at the windows. "Where geographically are we?" I ask

"Minnesota" He responds without missing a beat. I then nod and we sit there for a few minutes looking out at the lake from the window.

Ever since last year we've been on a mission to stop the ITT. The International Terrorist Team, assassins to kill people with political power. Zach and I think of them as people like the circle. But we don't like to face the facts that we have been holding back for too long, the people in the organization, some are from blackthorne. Not all people who went there were bad. Zach isn't bad, my step-dad Joe Solomon, grant, Jonas.
"Well," he says "I think we got most of them out here" he ponders a moment before deciding where to go next. "Hey I bet there is some in Roseville" he says smiling. "Let's just take a break, and we both know you can't fight anytime soon" I suppose he's right. I don't want to admit that I could be weak, so I just nod.
"I'll call Joe" he says. It's fine with me, I just want to sleep a while. I wonder how long I've been out.
"Hey zach," I say "how long have we been here?" i ask propping myself up on my pillow.
"3 days, not long" he says walking out the door. "but we leave tomorrow" and with that I doze off.
