Ashton's eyes widen as the young woman before him turns around and comes towards him, the train of her white dress trailing elegantly behind her. Her eyes light up and her smile dazzles him as he begins to walk towards her. His arms wrap around her in a loving embrace as his memory goes back to the first time he ever held her in his arms.
When Danielle went into labour, Ashton had been at rehearsals for the upcoming shows in a month's time. His phone had rang and within seconds he remembers being in the car with Calum driving and Michael telling him all would be okay. Getting to the hospital he had sprinted towards the maternity building and when he got to Danielle's bedside everything hit him at once. He was going to be a father.
Within an hour he had Aria held tightly against his chest whilst Danielle slept, promising the small bundle over and over again that he was always going to be there for her. That he would love her unconditionally and that he no matter what she did she would always make him proud.
And now here he was, holding onto his daughter so tight, not wanting to let her go but knowing he had to.
"Dad, stop. You're going to make me cry." Aria mumbles as she pulls away.
Ashton says nothing as he looks at her, his heart bursting with pride and love.
"I love you so, so much. You are always going to be my baby, you know that?" Ashton whispers out and Aria nods before fanning at her face with her hands.
"I really don't want to ruin my make-up." She laughs "But I love you too. Thank you for everything you have ever done for me. I know it hasn't been easy, when we lost mom you could have so easily left me with grandma but you didn't and I want you to know how much I appreciate you. And I know I was a mess and a drama queen back when I was eighteen and I know you tried to tell me that things we never going to work out but I want to thank you for letting me make that mistake because without doing it I don't think I would be in this position now." Aria tells him and this time Ashton nods.
"Oh doesn't mommy look beautiful?"
Both Ashton and Aria turn to see Stella walking through the door, her pale blue bridesmaid dress matching the pale blue flower girl dress of Aria's daughter Daniella.
"Hi princess." Aria grins, the baby gurgles and coos in Stella's arms as Aria strokes her cheek. "She looks so cute, I can't cope." Aria laughs and Stella agrees.
"I think everyone's ready out there if you are." Stella informs them and Aria nods before sighing.
"I can't believe this is happening." She says to no one in particular. "I wish mom was here to see it."
"You know your mother is with you all the time, she would have been over the moon about you calling your daughter Daniella." Ashton says as he rubs his daughters hand and Aria nods.
"I hope I'm making her proud."
"Of course you are. Now, let's go get you married."

"And, do you, Aria Charlotte Irwin take Nicholas Oliver Costell to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do."
"To the new Mr and Mrs Costell!"
