Seraphina's POV:
They must be in the Forbidden Forest with all of those other creatures, we've looked everywhere else. Everyone has met back up at Hagrid's hut. They're all trying to think if where they could be and are checking if they missed any places. "Isn't it weird how they just dispeared?" Derek asked me, "I mean, where could they possibly be? We've checked every corner of the grounds!"
"Not everywhere.." I mutter under my breath, he looks at me weirdly while I walk up to the front of the group. I breathed in, gathering my courage - I get really nervous when talking infront of loads of people. "I-i know where they could be." No one heard me. "Excuse me?" Still no one noticed me. "Hey!" All of the teachers and older pupils turned their heads, looking at me in surprise. "S-sorry, umm.. I know where they could be." Hagrid's look of sadness turned into hope and slight confusion.
"What do you mean Miss Potter?" McGonagall asked.
"Well, we've checked everywhere except one place. The Forbidden Forest."
"You are not allowed in there."
"I know, but the teachers could go look?" I offer, hoping not to be embarrassed in front of everyone.
"She has a good point." Uncle Albus said.
"Alright. All pupils off to bed. Teachers follow me." The older students pushed me and Derek back to the castle as the teachers trouped into the forest. We split up once in the entrance hall and Derek, an older Hufflepuff and I, made our way to our common room.
