Mister is distress

So basically I  haven't updated for a long time.  I have my exams going on it will get over by Tuesday.
So you may or maybe know I am from Kerala.  So we have our state festival, Onam coming up.  On behalf of Onam we will get leave from 31-13 of September.  So I will be able to update a lot during my holidays yes.

Nandini's POV

"Eeww wwweew,  get that thing away from me "Manik says jumping up and down like a baby.
"Manik,  it's just a bug" I say making him scowl.

"Not just a bug.  A big creepy four legged,  two winged creature.  Look it's glaring at me.  It's evil.  It's giving me goosebumps " he says making me laugh.
He shook my hand making the bug fall down.

The bug goes away fearing it's life.

"Manik,  your such a baby" I taunt him.
"No I am not " he says with a cute pout.

We soon start having a conversation on a silly topic.  I suddenly noticed the bug flying and sitting on Manik's shoulders. He seemed indulged in the conversation to not notice it.

I slowly walk towards him and sit on his lap.

"Mrs. Nandini your intentions don't seem right? " he says and the bug slowly walks towards his back.

I hug him and try to flee the bug.
As I try the first time, I fail as it fleas to left  shoulder.

After some failed attempt, I sigh"Stupid bug. It's not fleeing away"

"What bug"? He screams and jumps of the couch.
We both tumble and we land on the floor.
Manik was on the floor with me on top.

He was motionless.

"Manik,  wake up.  Open your eyes " I say shaking his shoulder.

A true love's kiss. Yes .

As I lean  towards him,  he opens his eyes .

I didn't kiss him.  Well he's one unlucky husband.
"Are you okay"? I ask.
"I feel like I have two backbones " he says confusing me.
"huh"?
"My backbone broke into two....Damn it" he says wincing.

"Come on Manik,  let me get you to the room" I say.

After multiple failed attempts to bring Manik to the room,  I finally  succeeded.

I made him sit on the bed.

"Ahhh" he winced in pain rubbing his back.  He had managed to scream in a low voice(If that's even possible ) as Nash and Mae was still asleep.

Good dad.

"Now Manik,  I will apply some balm and get you a painkiller" I say and grab the same from the draw.

I sat in front and unbuttoned his shirt.
"I don't think your intentions are correct " he says smirking.

I would have smacked him on the shoulder if he wasn't hurt.
"Were you going to smack me"he asked reading me.

"What the hell,  I thought my mind was mine. Can't I have privacy in my mind atleast." I complain while keeping his shirt on the side.

I sit behind him and apply the balm and he slowly winced in pain.

In order to distract him I joke "Now I  really doubt my intentions "

He chuckles and I kiss his back and give him the painkiller.

After making him lie down I get out of the room.

Freaking hell.  My lips burn.
