"You've been sulking all weekend. Try smiling," Owen said to his sister. They were standing at River's locker after third period while River looked for a books.

"Dude, even when I'm not sulking I don't smile. You know this," River said and Owen nodded, just then Jughead approached them.

"I just hate everyone? I hate every single person I've ever come across in my life. I just hate them," River said and Jughead shot her a look of confusion.

"She woke up in a bad mood," Owen explained to his best friend who just nodded.

"Why are you guys surrounding my locker? Can the both of you just fuck off?" River asked her brother and Jughead. She had been in a bad mood since she woke up and the thought of her coming out to her parents have been weighing on her mind.

"I gotta go annoy some cheerleaders anyway. Bye," Owen said before walking away and River just rolled her eyes. Jughead leaned against the locker next to River and River just glared at him.

"Are you just stressing out about coming out to your parents?" Jughead asked, already knowing the answer and River sighed before nodding.

"Come with me after school," Jughead said to her and River raised an eyebrow at him.

"Why?" River asked and Jughead pushed himself off the locker.

"Just wait for me after school. I need to show you something," Jughead said before walking away and River sighed before slamming her locker.

Owen was standing in an empty hallway getting books out of his locker. After successfully annoying the River Vixens who were practicing in the gym he was now late for his history lesson.

"The other girls didn't find your jokes half as funny as I did. You're hilarious, Owen," A voice said and Owen smiled.

"I think I'm hilarious too, Betty. But Cheryl, Ginger and Tia didn't think so," Owen said and Betty giggled. She had now changed put of her cheerleading uniform and back into her normal clothes.

"Yeah, obviously. You made jokes at their expense," Betty said and Owen just smiled cheekily making Betty giggle again.

"Isn't Cheryl going to get mad at you for leaving practice early?" Owen asked and Betty just shrugged.

"She'll get over it," Betty shrugged and Owen chuckled before looking back at his locker.

"Do you want to ditch?" Betty asked him and Owen shot Betty a look off confusion.
