"First the pot now this?!" Nathan said to his son from the drivers seat and Betty looked at Owen in shock at the mention of weed.

"The pot was an accident dad," Owen said while rolling his eyes and Nathan just shook his head.

"I don't care. Not only did you drug your sister but you've also fucking corrupted Betty. Her mom is going to write about this in the register. 'Death to the Sinclairs' that's what she's going to title it, Alice has always been dramatic. All because of you Owen, the whole town is going to hate us. What will your mother say?" Nathan rambled from the front seat and Owen just groaned in annoyance.

"Why can't you be more like your sister? River would never do something so stupid. Thank god for River because if you were the only child we would've lost our minds," Nathan said and Owen frowned at the comparison.

"Mr Sinclair, my mother won't write about it in the register," Betty intervened trying to calm down Owens dad. Betty then looked at Owen before frowning.

"Also, it was my idea to break into the gallery. Owen didn't convince me, I convinced him," Betty said taking the blame and Owen just looked at her.

"So, really. It's my fault. I'm sorry," Betty continued and Owen shot Betty a thankful look.

"Aw, Betty. That's so nice of you to take the blame on behalf of Owen. But I know this was him, he's been talking about the gallery for months."  Nathan said and Betty shot Owen an apologetic look.

"What you kids done was illegal, that's private property," Nathan continued and Owen rolled his eyes while Betty raised an eyebrow

"Doesn't the town own it?" Betty asked and Nathan shook his head.

"Nope. Its Blossom property. Clifford Blossom bought it at the beginning of summer," Nathan explained and Owen leaned looked at Betty before raising an eyebrow.

"Why would Clifford Blossom buy a gallery?" Owen asked and Nathan shot his son a look through the rearview mirror.

"I don't know, Owen. I'll ask him through a seance. In fact I'll stop off at the store right now and pick up an Ouija board," Nathan said sarcastically and Owen rolled his eyes before pulling out his phone.

"Nope. Hand the phone over. You are grounded for two months. No TV, no video games and no phone," Nathan said taking one hand off the wheel and sticking his hand out for Owen to hand his phone over, which he did.

After another ten minutes of silence, Nathan pulled up in front of Betty's house.

"Here you go, Betty. I should be taking you guys to the station but I'm letting you off with a warning," Nathan said and Betty nodded before saying a quick thank you and getting out the car.
