Before payal could reveal further, Naina interrupts her, "Payal!! Ye aap mami se kya baatein kar rahi ho beta? Mama ne kal aapko kaha tha na ke mama ro nahi rahi thi, wo toh mama ki ankh mein kuch chala gayya tha.
Shalini Interrupts Naina, "Naina, tum 2 saal ki bachi ko budhu bana sakti ho, lekin mujhe nahi! Ab batao kal raat ko kya hua tha? Tum kyun ro rahi thi?
"Bhabhi ...wo..., stammers Naina
"Naina jhoot mut bolna, warns Naveen
Naina takes a deep breath and starts telling about the reason she cried last night. "wo bhaiya kal raat..

Naina has been busy packing for her flight tomorrow when her phone rings. She goes to pick up her phone.

Naina "kya baat hai Aalekh? Saaf saaf bata!
Aalekh "Naina apun ko pata chala ke tujhe NDA mein posting milli hai. Naina please apna dekhan rakhna!
Naina confused "kya hua Aalekh? Tu aise kyun baat kar raha hai?
"Naina wo...Rajveer sir..., that was the only thing he could say. Somehow, the phone got disconnected. Naina kept yelling hello, but there was no answer on the other side of the phone. Naina tried to call back on that number, but, strangely, no one seemed to pick up.

As Naina finishes telling about last night, she is now completely in tears. Putting a hand on her shoulder from the back seat, Shalini says, "Naina tumhe agar Major Rajveer ke naam se hi itni takleef ho rahi hai toh agar wo tumhare samne...
Naina interrupts as she wipes her tears, "Nahi Bhabhi, mujhe us insaan ke naam se koi farak nahi padta. Mujhe takleef is baat se ho rahi thi ke Aalekh mujhse us insaan ke baray mein kuch kehna chahta tha, lekin keh nahi paya. Mein us insaan ko bhool jana chahti hoon.
"Bhool jana chahti ho?, asks Shalini, "tum aise kaise bhool sakti ho Rajveer ko Naina? Jis ki nishaani, Payal hai!
"Shalini, please!, Naveen interferes, "Shalini tum Payal ke samne aisi baatein na karo, bachi hai wo kya asar parega us pe.
"Bhabhi, says Naina as she continues, "Bhaibhi Payal meri jaan hai, mein is ke bagair zinda nahi reh sakti. Agar Rajveer ko pata chal gayya ke Payal us ki beti hai..., she doesn't dare to complete this sentence.

Rajveer over the phone "Kal Aalekh Naina ko batate batate reh gayya, aagay dayan rakhna ke aisi ghalti na ho. Kisi bhi tarah Aalekh ki Naina se baat nahi honi chahiye. Naina ko pata nahi lagna chahiye ke wo kis ke under kaam karegi NDA mein.
"okay, bye!, Rajveer disconnects the call.
Next morning in NDA-
In Brigadier General Gaur's cabin-
He is seen talking to Captain Rathod.
BG Gaur "Capt Rathod, pata chala?
Capt Rathod "Yes sir, Capt Aaluwalia aaj sham ki flight se India aa rahi hain. Wo chahti hain ke wo faculty quarters mein nahi bhalke apnay flat mein rehna chahti hain, jo ke paas hi hai.
BG Gaur "is ki koi khas wajah?
Capt Rathod "I don't know sir, koi wajah nahi batai Capt Aaluwalia ne. Lekin sir ek baat mujhe samajh mein nahi aayi. Jis mission ke liye Capt Aaluwalia ko NDA mein bulaya ja raha hai, us mein main or Capt Aaluwalia kaam kar rahe hain, lekin jis senior office ko hum assist kar rahe hain , wo hai kon?
BG Gaur "us officer ka naam hai, Major Rajveer Singh Shekhawat!
Capt Rathod shocked "lekin sir wo toh Capt Aaluwalia ke ex-husband hain, to kia unhe koi problem nahi hogi?

BG Gaur "yehi ke Major Shekhawat ko is baat ka pata hai ke Capt Aaluwalia ko is mission ke liye chuna gayya hai, phir bhi unhoon ne khud mujhe phone karke ye kaha hai ke wo bhi is mission pe kam karna chahtay hain.
Capt Rathod "Pata nahi sir kya khichidi pak rahi hai.
BG Gaur "anyways, Capt! You may leave now!

Someone arrives in BG Gaur's cabin.

BG Gaur "Capt Rathod to NDA mein hi hain, aap chahe toh unh se kisi bhi time mil sakte hain, or rahi baat Capt Aaluwalia ki toh, aapki wife..
Rajveer interrupts, "Ex-wife, sir!
BG Gaur "sorry, Major! I mean Capt Aaluwalia ki flight India land ho chuki hai, wo 2 ghantay mein NDA poonch rahi hain, aap unh se tab mil sakte hain!
"khel toh ab shuru hua hai, thinks Rajveer with a smirk. Then to BG Gaur, "thank you, sir! I'll take your leave!. Rajveer gets up and leaves from BG Gaur's cabin.
After two hours
Naina has finally arrived in NDA. She has left payal at her flat which is near NDA. Payal is currently with pooja in the flat. Naina has told Pooja everything and pooja agreed to stay with Payal, when Naina is on duty.
Hallway of NDA
Naina is walking when she is stopped by an Orderly.
Orderly "aap Capt Naina Singh Aaluwalia hai na?
Naina "jee haan!
Orderly "ma'am, aapko sir ne abhi apne cabin mein bulaya hai.
Naina thinks BG Gaur has called her. "Kahan has cabin unh ka?, asks Naina.
Orderly "yahan se seedhay ja ke left, phir pehla office hi unh ka hai!
"thanks You!, says Naina as she walks in that direction.
After 5 minutes, she has finally reached the office. Without reading the name plate, she knocks on the door.
"Come in!, says the person from inside.
Her heart skips a beat when she hears that voice. "Mera vehan hai, wo yahan nahi ho saktay, Naina thinks. Opening the door, she goes inside the office. She sees someone sitting on the chair, but she is not able to see that person's face because that person's back is towards her.
While reaching in front of his desk, Naina says, "Capt Naina Singh Aaluwalia reporting, sir!
The person finally turns his face towards her and...
