Mikey's POV

*dream*

me and ray are holding hands while ridding a pink unicorn the unicorn turns to look at me and in rays voice says "Mikey answer your phone " then I start shaking.

*end dream*

I wake up to ray shaking me "Mikey baby your phone is ringing!" he says looking down at me he has his knees either side of my waist "I don't care" I say and pull him down to kiss me. he kisses me back for a good 15 seconds then pushes himself off "no mikes it your brother answer it !" I sigh and reach for my phone ray tries to get off of me but I pull him back and kiss him on the cheek before answering "hey gee what's up it early ?"

"you and ray need to come over now !" I hear frank say something in the background, gee 'humms' in agreement and says "hey and bring coffee I can't be bothered to make it !" he hangs up and I look at ray "come on, we've got to get to mine quick" I say and scramble to my feet, Gerard way this had better be important.

franks POV

Mikey isn't answering his phone again, I didn't want to be on the other end of another one of "those" phone calls again so I let gee call them when Mikey finally picks up gee tells him the same thing I told Bob just to get here asap, I ask gee to tell Mikey to get some coffee on the way and gee agrees I go to make some toast down stairs and gee follows behind. he attack hugs me from behind "I love you Frankie" I hug him back and we walk into the kitchen together. he still vhas his arms around my waist when the door clicks open and Bob walks in "guys its a real bad idea to leave a spare key under the mat. robber alert" he says rustling my hair and punching Gerard in the arm, "well you know us always ready to fight!" gee says putting up fists we all burst into laughter until we hear the door open again and Mikey and ray's voices "well I don't know maybe your mum just thought we were gonna make a fort out of couch cushions"Mikey says with a giggle. ray sighs and places his head in his hands " don't worry babe she seemed fine with it anyway we didn't ask her to leave, she just left" they walk in together and we do our best to pretend we weren't watching them, well at least that's what me and Bob were doing gee was sat at the table laughing Mikey gives him a look but he just laughs harder and pulls me down to sit on his lap. Mikey hands out the coffee and I sip mine slowly trying not to burn my mouth on the sweet yet bitter taste of coffee I light a cigarette and gee starts talking " so this morning I got a phone cal! but I was asleep, frank answered it for me and it was Mitch." he looks at me as of he wants me to carry it on I sigh and take a long tock I hand it to gee and he places it between his soft red lips while I Finnish the story "so I answered and he told me they want to relise our new album for Christmas which gives us 3 days to come up with a new song and then 2 weeks to record then it is reliced." I smile as the all look at me with their mouths hanging open I just smile and reach over to the cigarette that is now back in gees mouth and kiss gee on the lips when I pull away he smiles and nods his head towards Mikey and ray who are kissing I look over at Bob who is doing some kind of dance in the corner "you alright there ?" I ask him he nods and stops dancing. Mikey looks at me then smiles "maybe we don't need that new song" he pulls out a crunched piece of paper from his pocket

It's the tearing sound of love-notes

Drowning out these gray stained windows

And the view outside is sterile

And I'm only two cubes down

I'd photocopy all the things that we could be

If you took the time to notice me

But you can't now, I don't blame you

And it's not your fault that no one ever does

But you don't work here anymore

It's just a vacant three by four

And they might fill your place

A temporary stand-in for your face

This happens all the time

And I can't help but think I'll die alone

So I'll spend my time with strangers

A condition and it's terminal

In this water-cooler romance

And it's coming to a close

We could be in the park and dancing by a tree

Kicking over blades we see

Or a dark beach with a black view

And pin-pricks in the velvet catch our fall

But you don't work here anymore

It's just a vacant three by four

And they might fill your place

A temporary stand-in for your face

This happens all the time

And I can't help but think I'll die alone

I know you don't work here anymore

I know you don't work here anymore

I know you don't work here anymore

I know you don't work here anymore

I know you don't work here anymore

I know you don't work here anymore

Sometimes I think I'll die alone, sometimes I think I'll die alone

Sometimes I think I'll die alone, live and breathe and die alone

Sometimes I think I'll die alone, sometimes I think I'll die alone

Sometimes I think I'll die alone, I'd think I'd love to die alone

Just take

I think I'd love to die

Me down

I read it and almost cry "Mikey its amazing" I say jumping to my feet and hugging him "that's really good mikes" gee says smiling at him from his seat. we all go down stairs to practise the song and a few others. until we are completely satisfied with what we have. Bob leaves and Mikey and ray go to the cinema together. me and gee decide to go for a walk. in hindsight this was a bad idea.
