Michelle was right, there was a pack of Moon Dragons flying around us now. They didn't seem like they would attack us, but they didn't look as friendly as the one I saw back in town.

"What do we do now?" I asked almost in a murmur, so I wouldn't afraid them or worse attack us.

"You fly with them," she simply answered making me look at her wide-eyed.

"What if they attack me? Isn't that dangerous?"

"Just don't touch them and show them how great you're when you fly, so you can impress one of them. If you do, the dragon will synchronize his movements to yours," she explained with a reassuring smile. "And he or she will create a bond with you. Don't worry, I'll help you through it."

I nodded hesitantly knowing that I didn't have a choice if I wanted my own dragon. I exhaled and tried to calm down.

"Don't worry, just fly. You like to fly so just do it," I mumbled to myself before my wings stopped their movement making me fall down. I closed my eyes and let the familiar feeling in my gut invade me. Then I deployed my wings and flew back up to the ground of dragons. I flew with them and only followed my instinct. For a moment, I forgot what I was here for. I just enjoyed the feeling of flying with the dragons.

They didn't seem bothered by me, but their eyes didn't leave me. I could feel it. But, I didn't pay any attention to them, I just did what I loved to do, fly in complete freedom.

I was about to do a flip when I saw a figure fly through my vision. My eyes focused at the white and blue dragon imitating my movement. It was... I didn't know how to describe it. The dragon was just so mesmerizing as he or she flew with me. Then our eyes met, we looked at each other before he or she looked down. I understood and landed in an area void of trees.

Michelle was already waiting for me there smiling. She congratulated me before presenting herself to the dragon like she taught me with Ennur. When the dragon accepted her, Michelle gently touched the dragon's neck.

Now that I could see more details, my dragon was really beautiful. He or she was white, the lower part of her neck and abdomen was a pale blue and there was some streak of gold on her back and wings. She may be a girl, she was too beautiful to be a boy.

"You should name her," she said as I heard the word her. Yup, a beautiful girl.

The dragon gracefully walked away from the woman and walked around me, making circles. I thought for a minute, "Lena," I said as she nudged my arm with her snout as if she was giving me her approval.

"Congratulations, Keith! Lena and you are now a team. We can continue your training at a later date since you must bond with her first," she explained as I caressed her neck. "How about you fly back together?"

I nodded and extended my wings as I looked at Lena. Her head straightened up and she also extended her wings. In a powerful thrust, we both left the ground and started to fly higher and higher in the sky. It was fascinating at how our movement was synchronized. Always looking at each other on your way home, we finally landed where I met Ennur.

At the sight of Lena, his head snapped up and looked at her with attention. I didn't know what he was feeling now, but I hoped they would like each other.

"Lena, this is Ennur, my mate, Ryan's dragon," I explained softly not sure if she would actually understand what I was saying.

She walked toward him but stopped before she was too close. They seemed to stare at each other as if they were conversing with unspoken words. Then, I heard some commotion, people started to talk a little louder as it became a little more hectic. I turned around to see what it was and I was surprised to see my mate walking toward me.

Happy to see him, I ran toward him as he welcomed me into his arms.

"I missed you," I whispered as he kissed the top of my head.

"I came to see your progress with your dragon," he said as I gave him a look silently asking if he was the in behind Angela and Sebastian's idea.

"Lena is with Ennur," I pointed them together as Lena was now laying on the ground next to Ennur. "They seem to like each other."

Ryan nodded and walked toward his dragon with me under his arm. Once we were close enough, I went to bond with Lena since Ryan wanted some time alone for Ennur.

She was so beautiful, I gave her a huge piece of raw meat that was put in a bin. She carefully took it from my hand and she ate it in a few seconds.

A while later, Ryan wanted to meet Lena, so I stepped aside as my mate presented himself in front of her. I could see her gaze bore into him. For a second, I was afraid that she would attack him or something. Hopefully, she just huffed hot air and put her snout under Ryan's palm.

I was glad that everyone's dragon liked me and because of that, I could play with them. Lena got a little jealous, so she used her tail to grab me and hid me behind her. It was like that for maybe an hour, not even Ryan could come closer. I could only escape when Ennur distracted her and well, she got mad at him. In the end, Ryan and I had to step in because Ennur obviously didn't like to be ignored.

The entire day was so fun that I almost forgot about the upcoming war.
