Roommates (Logan Paul and Why Don't We) [Discontinued]

Chapter 2

The video reached 2.5 million, but Logan had assumed that it would reach 3 million anyway, so he decided to just do some pre-recording and upload the first video in the what would basically be a six part video. 

The first boy that I was supposed to hang out with was Jonah. I hadn't googled him or anything before we hung out, so everything I'd be learning about him would be completely new and I knew Logan and of course, there would be a secret camera somewhere, no doubt.

It was around 7:30 at night and Jonah and I were on Logan's balcony just the two of us. We were sitting closely in two separate chairs, a blanket spread out on the both of us as we looked at the burst of colors slowly fading into darkness while eating a type of chocolate cake. 

Since the sun was slowly going down and the moon was coming up, so it was getting a little cold and since we were on an apartment building balcony we weren't allowed to start a fire. To avoid any awkwardness and since I knew we were on camera together I didn't do anything except for pull the blanket up a little more.

"Are you cold?" Jonah asked right after he had finished chewing on his cake. We both had the feeling that we were on camera and I knew he wanted to act like a gentleman. 

"Just a little, I'm fine though. It's a summer night after all," I answered giving him a short smile taking a break from my cake to talk to him. 

"A cool summer night," Jonah corrected, "How about we just switch up the seating?" 

I watched as he got up from his chair leaving me with the blanket hanging and his chocolate cake on the ground that I monitored in case something were to happen to it. He carried over two of the giant bean bags and I got out the chair. 

We sat down next each other on the bean bags and eventually just decided on sitting on one together with the blanket still on us while we ate our cake, but once we finally finished Jonah decided to wrap his arm around me (after making sure there wasn't cake on any of his fingers). 

"Now you have to be warm by now," Jonah grinned at me and I looked up and smiled at him.

"Very, now Jonah. Tell me about yourself. I just know your name and your band," I mentioned. 

"I'm nineteen my birthday is June 16th, 1998, my last name on the media isn't my real one since fans found where I lived easily, I'm from Stillwater, Minnesota, I'm single, I love coffee, size 12 shoes, I loved touring with the other boys. We actually just finished up the 'Something Different' tour and we've been on the VMAs, Today Show and a lot of other things," Jonah listed a bunch of things about himself, "I don't like talking about me though. I'd rather listen to you, list some of the same things." 

"You're so sweet. I'm eighteen my birthday is February 14th, 1999, my last name is Lai, I'm from Ohio just like Logan, I'm single, I like coffee, but I don't drink it that much, believe it or not, I have like size five shoes, I moved her really to spend time with Logan since we've been very out of touch ever since he's come to LA and promote my beauty channel. Puppybeauty, always plug," I smiled making Jonah laugh.

"He's already taught you well. Why is it called Puppybeauty? Is there a backstory to that name?" Jonah questioned he was actually listening to me. 

"Oh because puppies are cute, and everyone wants to look as cute as a puppy, so that's basically just how the name came to be. I don't think you need to watch a single thing on my channel though because you just might be cuter than a puppy," I complimenting and I noticed him slightly blush and smile back at me. 

"Thanks, cuter than a puppy sounds impossible though. I think that fits you more than me," Jonah was quick to respond and I looked up at him in his arms and he just kept smiling at me. 

"I wanna go back to talking about you right now. What was it like on the Today Show or performing on the VMAs or when you first heard yourself on the radio?" I questioned. 

"It was nerve-racking, but I was so excited that my nervousness disappeared. I just picture everything to be like back when I was touring around solo and there were pretty small crowds. Everything's just been amazing lately, good things piling on top of each other and hearing myself on the radio is just the... toppings on that perfect chocolate cake, it's just so rewarding and everything is worth the hard work we all put into our music," Jonah explained his face lit up right away when he began speaking of the radio, "It's just always been my dream for this stuff to happen and now I can't tell apart my dreams from my reality." 

"Because they're always intersecting? I bet everything is so rewarding and the fans must be the real reward," I agreed. 

"Yeah it's always intersecting and the fan base is always growing. It's a literal dream come true," Jonah admitted, "And moments like this just add to my happiness. Being able to sit down and talk to someone about all of this." 

"I bet, it kinda feels like a two-way interview. I ask you something, you ask me something," I smiled and Jonah nodded his head. 

"Well what could we possibly do to make this feel less like an interview," He grinned at me getting up and looking around before covering something with a napkin and he whispered into my ears, "If Logan saw this the entire world would too." 

Then he leaned in and kissed me, in which I kissed back. It did feel truly magical, a lot different from the kiss that Zach and I had shared, even though he was younger his felt more lust filled and Jonah's felt filled with emotion. I had kissed the youngest boy in the band and the oldest boy in the band and I had completly different feelings for the both of them. 

After we had kissed for a few minutes he got up and took the napkin off the camera and walked back over to me wrapping his arm around me as we stared up at the sky to see the moon and a sky filled with stars. 

It only took a few more minutes, but then the door opened and we noticed Logan holding Kong, "I don't mean to be a chotch and interrupt everything, but the other boys want Jonah for the rest of the night. Also, the video got 3 mil likes, so we do get to put this on Youtube for tomorrow's vlog! I was going to anyway cause Ima Maverick and I do what I want!" 

"I guess this is when I leave. I'll see you around, but probably not tomorrow since you'll be I think Daniel, then Jack, then Corbyn, then Zach, but right after we can spend some normal time together not in front of Logan," Jonah joked as I walked him out the door with Logan. 

Once he left I was with Logan at the doorway and since we were both a little tired we didn't really say anything to each other besides things about work and doing all the interviews on the last day of single hanging out with the guys.

But I knew soon Logan and I would able to just chill with each other, I was going to go see Jake and his friends after all of this, and then I had made plans to adopt a puppy since I'm a Maverick and it'd be great clickbait for Logan, he would be mad, but show it while vlogging, so I knew no argument would actually argue since he was busy with the new house, and Puppybeauty would have her own puppy beside sharing Kong. 

Logan got up and went to go get the camera and since I was bored now I went into the living room and decided to play Call of Duty for a while with Evan. By the time we both got bored of the game it was midnight and again I spent another night just sleeping on the couch, only this time I ended up dreaming of the boy I had spent the night with.
