The instant Keith was out of the heeling pod, he was yelling. Just yelling. Sounds, and names and all sorts of obscenities. Lance almost pushed him back in. His furry purple ears were sticking straight up. Then when Katie began to cry, he dashed to her and scooped her into his arms, hissing at Hunk, who had been holding her. Hunk looked at Shiro before letting go of the small child. She immediately quieted and snuggled into his chest, murmering about chocolate chip cookies. He cradled her close, burying his face in her long, thick hair. He glanced up at Shiro, who was very confused and alarmed, then Keith practicaly disappeared, he left the roomso fast. The only indication that he had been there at all were the pounding footsteps echoing down the long corridor.
