*Jenns POV*
"Jenn?" He walks in the door.
Calm down, Calm down, calm down. You're fine My mind races
I breathe a shaky breath "Please don't get upset when I tell you this, I love you so much."
"What's going on?" He says starting to get worked up.
I lead him to the couch and try to be brave
"I don't know how to say this so I'm just going to say it" I pause and listen to the silence between us. I examine his features, knowing I'd never see them again. "Connor told me he liked me but I didn't tell you because I didn't think it was as important as being with you so I just forgot and I understand if you hate me now but I had to tell you because it wouldn't be fair if I didn't and-"
"When was this?" He cuts me off, not seeming too angry yet.
"Before I came out of the building our kidnapper took us to." I tell the truth. I don't want a relationship to be based on lies, that's if he does forgive me.
"I wont let him break us apart; or anyone for that matter." He says getting closer until I can feel his breath on my cheek. "I fell in love with you, and no one else. I fall harder every day. I count the seconds we're apart in hopes you'll appear in my arms."
After a slight pause he glances at my lips and back up to my eyes, I do the same.
"I won't let you go again." He gently presses his lips to mine.
"So you're not mad?" I question after we pull apart.
"You didn't do anything, but I am going to have a talk with Connor." He says, seeming a bit angry after saying Connor's name.
"Don't do anything stupid, please." I say getting up to get a glass of water.
"I won't" I says giving me a reassuring smile.
"Hey, we should watch a movie" he says glancing over to our movie collection, which consist of mostly Disney movies.
"Really?" I say sitting on the couch watching him pick out a movie
"Yeah! Go make popcorn!" He yells, quickly turning into a child
"You don't seem like much of a Disney guy" I laugh from the kitchen
"I'll have you know I own monsters Inc. myself, I just lost it" He laughs back.
I bring the popcorn in the room and set it on the small coffee table in front of the couch and walk over to him standing by his side
"I'll believe it when I see it" I say and he flashes me with a wide grin.
He grabs Monsters Inc. and puts it into the dvd player and runs to get blankets and pillows from the other room. He quickly moves the coffee table and makes a bed for both of us on the floor in its place. He sprawls himself across one side and pats the spot him
"was this really necessary?" I joke cuddling into him as the throws a blanket on top of us and grabs the popcorn.
"Extremely" He mumbles as the movie starts.
I forget the rest, as I fell asleep 30 minutes into the movie and was woken up to him carrying me to bed as the end titles were on.
This is when I realized the whole day I was hoping for the best but expecting the worse. Things are finally getting better.
