his eventually leads to writers block although most people come up with a handful of creative ideas but can't express it properly. That's why your team exists (that's if you have one).
When you begin a book, you had an aim. You had a vison of how or what you want the ending to be like.
Conduct an idea pitching contest to your team to help you get creative and come up with new ideas because after all, two heads are better than one, so why not try a couple more heads.
