"How are we supposed to get to the outskirts of Asgard," asked Loki as he followed Aphron briskly.

"We're going to have to take one of those fancy ships," Aphron replied as he flapped his wings and traveled toward the edge of the bridge and looked down.

He spread his wings but Loki rested a hand on his shoulders. "Are you sure you want to do this," he asked.

"I've never wanted anything more," he assured as he gave his body a shake. "I don't expect you to understand since you aren't in my position."

Loki wanted to say something comforting but he couldn't think of anything. He just sat back and watched as Aphron spread his wings again and leaped down. The air caught them and he landed on a vessel that Thor and Morali had borrowed. Loki sighed and jumped, yelling as he plunged down.

He miscalculated his jump a bit and he would have missed the vessel but Aphron soared upward and caught Loki before he plunged into the water. Aphron swung him onto the vessel before he landed and folded his wings against his side. "Are you okay," asked Aphron as he watched Loki pressing against the side of the vessel, panting.

Loki straightened and narrowed his eyes. "I'm fine but we are never doing that again!"

"I bet you will again," Thor taunted as he sat down and began to steer the vessel.

"Yeah right," muttered Loki as he sat beside Aphron. "I am not jumping unless I can see exactly where I'm going to land. That means it can't be moving!"

Thor rolled his eyes. "Fine. Fine. "Do you know which way this pack is?"

Aphron pressed against Morali and they leaned on the front of the vessel. Aphron sniffed the air and pointed his paw forward. "This way. It's not far now."
