The Sandlot Girl: Small's Sister- Under Editing

I was sitting on he couch reading 'To Kill A Mockingbird' when there is a knock at my door. I get up since Lila left to be with Yah-Yah.
When I open it Scotty Smalls is standing on my front porch. I smile. "Hey, Scotty. How are you?"
"Good Lynz. Hey, I wondered if you, ah, would like to go to the, ah, grocery store with me? My mom needs a few things." Scotty spits out while blushing.
"Sure." I say, beaming. I grab my 'All Star' converse and my purse. Then we leave to 'Lloyds General Store'.
(skip to when they get there.)
"Okay Scotty. Lets' get a cart and then we can get the stuff." I grab the cart but then Scotty stops me.
"Why don't we have a little fun." He asks looking at me happily.
"Meaning?"
"You get into the cart and I push you around." Scotty says sheepishly.
I smile, get in the cart, and yell, "Onward! To great adventures and conflicts!"
He laughs with me and pushes the cart.

We had so much fun. People gave us weird looks but we ignored them. Scotty is really a funny and nice guy. Once we buy the groceries we head back to my house. "So how have you been?" Scotty asks me.
"Good. You?"
"Good."
"That's good."
"Yah."
We are now infront of my house. "Well I'll see you tomorrow Scotty."
"Bye Lynz." Scotty says, then suddenly kisses my cheek before hurrying down to his house.
I just smile and walk into my house. "You and Scotty Smalls have fun?" Lila asks, sitting on the davenport.
"Yah." I say blushing. "You and Yah-Yah have fun?"
"Yah. We both have great guys." Lila says.
"We all do."
