It's been two days since I heard that i had to move. Sarah and her family have been helping me a lot. Packing has been very hard.
I went to the bathroom to take a shower. Looking in the mirror was hard. I have extremely curly, long and dark brown hair. My eyes are bright blue and skin is clear. I got my baby-face from my mom, people are jealous of my big cheeks which I happened to hate. My eyes were tired and bit swollen from crying.
I took a long hot shower. Then i brushed my teeth, blow dried my hair and brushed it. My hair was up to my hip bone. I applied a bit of makeup, though I don't need much.
Since today i was going to fly for 24 hours, i took a pair of yoga pants and a slim fit grey sweatshirt. Sarah was sitting in the kitchen. I went there to grab something to eat.
After we ate, Sarah's dad was going to take us to the airport, Sarah was coming with us so she could say the goodbyes to me.
Car ride was long and we were taking a nap backseat.
"Wake up girls, we have arrived. " Sarah's dad said. We got out and took my bags. It was time to say goodbye to my best friend. I couldn't stop the tears running down my face.
"Don't forget me baby. "She cried to my shoulder. Our hug was tight.
"Never. I could never forget you. You are my sister Sarah. " I barely whispered.
"I love you so much Mia, stay strong and safe will you? " She said to me.
"Thank you. " I said to her dad. We hugged also.
"Be safe kid. " He said to me.
"Don't forget to text me as soon as you land !! Love you. " She yelled as i was walking in towards my gate.
The flight took over 12 hours and we had a stop in Germany so I would be traveling atleast 24 hours total. I'm so tired.
I got to the plane. Luckily I got a window seat plus the person next to me seemed quiet so I could get some sleep.
After a very long and exhausting flight i finally landed to Virginia.
