Chapter 4: Preparing.

Ace went back to Bradtiel and started searching for a crafter to craft him things from what he had left.
Ace found a crafter, it asked him a pay of 1200 gold for crafting things given that Ace had all the materials he needed. At first, Ace wanted to test his prowess with crafting so he gave him wolf fur and iron.
The result of combining iron and wolf fur into a sword caused a D class equipment.

[Wolf Squad Sword]:
20 ATK
Class: D
+8% in DEX
+1% in Critical Strike

Bio:
The wolf squad was a squad of royal guards that worked for the Blanfiere Kingdom and protected the first son of the king. Their power was great for normal people but compared to the adventurers that squad was really weak.
The entire squad died at hands of Ruat when they failed to protect the prince Kalthras from an attack of Sif, the King of Wolves.

Ace did not like the outcome, he wanted something more powerful, with passive, a holy weapon or something like that, not that weak sword.
But then Ace had an idea, he grabbed a wolf core, an eagle core, a lot of fur and feathers and asked the crafter to craft a sword with that.
But crafting with cores is hard, so the crafter had to do it carefully and slowly. After 30 minutes, Ace had obtained a C class equipment and smiled at it because it was truly powerful.

[Beast Lord Sword]:
60 ATK
Class: C
+20% DEX
+4% AGI
+20% STR
Special Passive unlocked: Beast Killer: +20% damage to Beasts.
Special Passive unlocked: Demon Lord domination: +20% damage to holy monsters.
Special Passive Unlocked: Demon Lord Possession: It cannot be stolen. If it is stolen, instakills the thief and returns to the user.

Bio:
This sword was crafted with the souls of beasts that died and it is strong against beasts. It is powerful thanks to a careful crafting and it is a masterpiece on its own. It has a small part of a Demon Lord aura and for that it gains two extra passives.
This sword is wielded by a Demon Lord, so if you have it, you have defeated the Lord or he has given it to you.

Ace knew that with that sword and his armor doing the dungeon could be a bit hard but it could not be so challenging to defeat him with those equipments, but if it was a long one he would need to get mana potions and health potions. And that meant finding the materials, finding a crafter who can craft him potions, pay him a lot and hope for the best
A loss of time and money that Ace could not allow to happen, if a big guild found the sanctuary entering it would become impossible, and that always the first challenger gets the best drops. So he had to go to buy the potions.

Ace looked around the city and saw a big crate filled with small mp potions and hp potions and a tall elf girl with long black hair, golden eyes and with the robes of a mage. They were really good looking and Ace recognize it. It was a set for mages that were also crafters that allowed them to recover mp while doing magic crafting. Ace went to talk with the elf.
-Ace: Hi. Which is the quality of your potions?
-Elf: It is average.
-Ace: That's so? Let me check them.
-Elf: Of course.
Ace grabbed a small potion of health that he saw and checked it. It was a [Small Concentrated HP potion], it was not like average potion, it was a lot better potion. The reason is simple, the concentrated potions left a healing effect for several seconds so even if you used a small potion it would heal more than a [Medium HP potion] but crafting them was extremely hard and looked like normal potions so they weren't popular but luckily Ace checked with more interest and learned the truth.
-Ace: How much it would cost the entire crate?
-Elf: You will buy it!? They are small...
-Ace: They are better than normal potions. And for a solo player, these ones are clearly the best.
-Elf: How you knew what they do?
-Ace: I have a keen eye for odd things and I have a friend who knows a lot. People did not even checked what they do, no?
-Elf: Yeah...
-Ace: Stupid fools. For clearing long dungeons, concentrated potions are a must. And bigger the better. Tell me the price.
-Elf: 5000 gold. It is the price for all the crate...
Ace looked at the elf dumbfounded. It was really cheap, for a crate of that size of medium potions the crafters already asked 6000 gold minimum. It was clearly a great deal and Ace would not let it go.
-Ace: Which is your name?
-Mary: My name is Mary.
-Ace: Accept a friend request, please!
-Mary: Huh?
-Ace: Good potions for such price! Clearly doing deals with you is the luckiest thing that has ever happened to me in Dreamland after obtaining a rare skill tree!
-Mary: Really!? (Starts sobbing) That was really nice! I accept!
Ace opened the friend menu and searched the name of Mary and put a request of friendship. With it, you could find your friends and talk with them with messages and some skills allowed teleportation from friend to friend. After half a second, Ace recieved the message that Mary accepted the request.
Then Ace paid Mary the 5000 gold and grabbed the crate an put its content into his bag. 50 [Small Concentrated HP potion] and 50 [Small Concentrated MP potion], it was clearly a great deal and Ace was ready to go to the dungeon. The effects of those potions were these:

Small Concentrated HP potion:
Heals 250 HP and then heals 100 HP during 3 seconds

Small Concentrated MP potion:
Heals 250 MP and then heals 100 MP during 3 seconds

Great luck has struck Ace but who knows what could fall to him in the dungeon. Will he be ready or not?
