Chapter 24: AGA and Underworld

Blue rushed to the group of players and they started trying to attack her but she dodged all the attacks like if it was nothing hard to do, she was even dodging bullets. The reason why she was capable of doing that miracle is that she is capable of staying in a special status that was called The Zone status.

This status was hard to obtain even for the best players because it was not obtained by any buff or passive, it was something the own mind caused. In fact only a handful of people have been able to enter in it, and not for a long period of time. Mostly because it causes pain to the user since the VR system cannot comprehend entirely this effect. Only those with a strong focus are able to activate The Zone status. Yet some of those can’t feel pain and can literally live in that state, like Blue.
Blue kept slashing and killing every enemy she saw and killed until the last of them and grabbed a photo of the group she had killed and sent it to the one who asked her to kill them. Yet she was having a bit of a hard time remembering which one she was supposed to kill.
-Blue: Hmmm… My memory is bad after all. Maybe I should stop using The Zone status. Before the memory loss kicks in. I have been 1 hour in this status already.
Blue walks away and goes to Taraq.

Meanwhile, Kathy of the AGA was in the Headquarters of the American Guild Alliance.
The Headquarters were located around Daltial and it looked like a medieval city but with a wall of 600 meters tall filled with small holes were gunslingers were ready to shoot to any invader.
Inside the city there was a group of 50 buildings that were like 3-4 floors and they were the offices that looked like stone houses but worked well for making and storing paperwork, where all the members that were online did situation reports to the higher-ups every 4 hours and also where meetings of low ranking grunts were held.
The city also had around 20 inns for the people that came to the headquarters to visit or ask the AGA something, 2000 shops that were in a market the AGA had prepared, some of food, others of weapons and armors and even had 20 shops of normal clothes for meeting and swimsuits.
And for last yet more important of all, they had even 3000 meters just being used as drill grounds for training and a castle bigger than the one in Vinliel.

Kathy was in her office when she received a message that one squad of the federation had been eliminated quickly by a girl called Blue Fang. That angered her since it was an insult to her federation and it was odd that someone without Psy skills could dodge all the bullets. So she reported that to the developers and the answer she got from them was: That player is capable of using The Zone status, which increases reaction time so much that it seems that bullets go slow. Few people have this ability, and they can't use it for long periods of time. Only Zero can use it for a minute pushing himself hard, so what you described is odd. Send proofs please.
And that angered Kathy beyond any kind of limit. She grabbed the first Psy officer she could find.
-Kathy: Hey, you! Contact all higher-ups and make them come to the castle in the royal meeting room. Now!
-Psy: Yes, madam!
Kathy got out of her office and walked straight to the royal meeting room. The royal meeting room was a big room that was in the highest tower of the castle that had a round table with 4 seats that were put making a form of a crux that pointed the 4 cardinal points, north, south, east and west. That room was also used as a big storage of deals between the diferent factions of the AGA, which were 4.
The first faction was Kathy's faction, the California faction, made by all the Californian players who believed that Kathy should be the leader.
The second faction was the Texas faction, which did hate Kathy's acceptance of the treaties of the World Council, and rather would have preferred to fight Angel’s Paradise several times over before accepting the treaty. They had a man named Jonah McCain as their leader, who was an elf gunslinger.
The third faction was the Washington faction and accepted Kathy yet they wanted to be allies of True Gold. They had as a leader a demon woman named Amanda, who was one of the few Psy mages left in Dreamland and one of the few mages in AGA.
The fourth faction was a faction that wanted to make the AGA a trading federation and usually were attacked by the rest of factions. They always changed of leader and sometimes even they brought two leaders.

Kathy arrived to the meeting and saw Amanda and Jonah.
Amanda was a tall woman, with green long hair with strands of red, red eyes, with a horn in the left side of her face that was wearing a black robe with a black hood, a black miniskirt and red high-heels and used a black iron staff with a mana crystal on its tip.
Jonah was a tall man, with black spiky hair with strands of blonde hair, with golden eyes, who was wearing a leather armor and a bandana and had ready his two trusted flintlock guns that had 4 mana crystals allowing him to shoot 800 shots before having to wait for them to recharge and usually he did not have to wait since he used all the shots of one crystal and then activated the next one.
-Kathy: Hey guys, we start the meeting?
-Jonah: The fastest we start, faster I can leave and keep doing my work.
-Amanda: Get to the business.
-Kathy: We have to issue an investigation.
-Amanda: For what?
-Kathy: To find the one that attacked one team in the desert.
-Jonah: Easily it can be Blue Fang. That wench has been our biggest thorn in the side.
-Kathy: Seems plausible.
-Amanda: And what we do?
-Kathy: Send a bounty to Underworld. We will have to ask them to kill Blue Fang.
-Amanda: Worst situation ever.
-Jonah: I agree but we have no other choice.
All of them nodded and kept talking of how they would contact Underworld.
