Ch. 7 -A New Grandpa and Two Overcoat Ninja

Hi my kitties (you are now all officially kittens XD), apparently, I really suck at saving, because I wrote a author's note here, and then forgot to save it again. -_-'
Since I can't remember what I wanted to say, I'll just say that the first part of the story seems kind of guy sensei-ish and the second part seems kind of emo-ish. But that's just my opinion. Anyways, curl up for story-er, chapter time.

(Warning: Kumiko is a little OOC in this chapter.).

Now, I've made several calculations about.... Itachi, and I realized that alone, I wouldn't be able to defeat him, or at least not as soon if I fought him with someone else.

"Would you like to team up?"

"Yes."

I smirked. "It's settled then. Would you like to spar?"

Without saying another word, we attacked each other.

Chapter 7 -A New Grandpa and Two Overcoat Ninjas

***A Year Time Skip***

Kumiko's P.O.V.

During the past year, I realized that Naruto lived in the second floor apartment, and Sasuke on the first one (the first time we went home at the same time was pretty funny -he thought I was following him at first. As if.) After a while, they became great friends to me (I think that they might be the two that the prophecy might've been talking about!!!)

I had also asked the Hokage for another Sensei besides Iruka for training, because I had wanted to get stronger.

Well....This is what happened:

I walked up to the Hokage's office, wanting to ask him for another sensei to get stronger. The thing is, I don't know if he would say 'yes'. And that makes me nervous. I knocked on the door.

There was a 'Yes, come in," and I entered.

He seemed like he was talking to a male and female ninja. I glanced at them. The male was wearing a big black overcoat and a black forehead protector that also served the purpose of being a hat. He had two diagonal scars across his face, and seemed bald. The female wore a.... rather revealing outfit and also a tan overcoat. Her purple hair was up in a ponytail, but it was spiky. Her hair kind of looks like Shikamaru's. (A/N: Try to guess who they are before I tell you in the section below! You know 'em! ^_^ On the other hand, I suck at descriptions of people, and would blame you if you guessed wrong. -_-')

"Er.....Hokage-sama?" I whispered nervously.

"Yes, Kumiko? Oh, and you don't have to be so formal."

"Um... Hokage..."

"Yes..?"

"Uh...."

The man who was watching us got a irk mark and roared, "Just spit it out, kid!"

"What a nice guy," I mumbled to myself.

"What did you say?!"

Oops, I think I said it out loud, I thought, sweatdropping at myself. However, he had a point.
