Something Different //J.A.

Friday, Sept. 15th, 2017.

I was in my last class of the day when I got a text message from Aurora telling me that her and Josh were going back to the apartment for their last class of the day. I told her as long as they stay in her room I was fine with it. So after class I decided to not go back to the apartment. Instead I decided to head off campus and over to Barnes and Nobles because I wanted to look for some new books to read. I had just finished reading Binge by Tyler Oakley. I know its an old book but i had never read it before.

I wanted to go look for more books by YouTubers. Maybe something by Shane Dawson or Connor Franta. Maybe even Joey Graceffa. I hadn't figured it out yet but as I walked in I could smell the coffee from Starbuck that was inside the book store. I looked around and saw a bunch of books by familiar faces on YouTube. I hoped maybe one day I could write a book see it here on the selves. After looking around for a while I finally found a book and bought it. I then walked over Starbucks, getting a coffee and sitting down at table. I began reading the first few pages of the book until I finished my coffee. I decided since I was already at the mall, I could go look around and shop for a bit.

After walking from store ro store and being dragged down by bags, Aurora finally called me and told me I could come back home. I was on the phone with her before walking out of the mall until I saw a beautiful pair of heels in a showcase window. I gasped as I stopped to look at them. I admired the shoes as Aurora talked. The black material shinned in the show lights as Aurora babbled on about something that happened in class this morning. They were strapy with red bottoms and tall thin heel. I was never a heels girl, but damn these were sexy. "Aurora, I'll call you back." I said before hanging up and putting my phone in my pocket. I quickly walked inside the store with the bags on my arms, talking to an employee about the heels in the window.

I had tried them on and walked around in them. I loved them and after a while of debating, I finally decided to buy them. After they were purchases I went and bought an outfit to match and then walked out of the mall. I had called Aurora back and talked to her the whole time I drove back to our apartment on campus. Once I was back I hauled all of the bags upstairs and to our living room floor. "Aurora! I'm home!" I yelled and she came running downstairs. "Oh my gosh!" She gasped as she saw all the bags in the living room floor. "What did you do?" She asked and I chuckled. "Just some.... Light.... Shopping." I said and she laughed. "Can we look at everything you bought?" She asked and I nodded. "Of course we can." I smiled.

I grabbed the Bath and Bodyworks bag that was on top and pulled out a body spray. "So, this one is Sugar Cookie sented." I told Aurora and handed it to her. She sprayed it and smiled. "I need this." She said as she lokked at the bottle. "Go ahead. I bought two." I smiled. I went threw the other purfumes and hand sanitizers then grabbed my Yankee Candle bag. "These are for you, since you love candles so much." I said and handed her the bag. "Oou! You got a coffee one!" She smiled brightly and I nodded.

"The other one is a cinnimon pumpkin scent." I said and she sniffed both before grabbing my Victoria Secret bag. "Uh oh. What's in here?" She smirked and I blushed. "You can't lookat those." I said as I grabbed the bag from her.

"It it a surprise for Jack?" She smirked and I laughed. "No....." I said and she chuckled. "Okay yes. But you cant tell him." I admitted. "Okay. I wont ask anymore questions." Aurora snickered and I cleared my throat, grabbing the next bag. After we went threw all my bags I grabbed the bag that the shoes where in. "These..." I said as I pulled the box out of the bag. "Are the shoes I was telling you about." I said and I opened the box. "Oh my! Those are beautiful!" She smiled and I took the heel out of the box. "Yeah, I was thinking maybe the next time Jack is in town we could go on a date and I could wear these." I said and she smiled. "Awe, planning ahead. Thats cute." She laughed and I smiled, putting them on. "Oou! These are so pretty." I smiled as I stood up in them. I walked over to the wall and Aurora took a picture of them. I then decided to post that photo on Instagram.
