Catie's POV:

I looked at Faith - who had a smirk stamped on his face - and then at Samuel - who had a look of horror on his face.

Faith sighed. "So... I finally found you!" He exclaimed - directing it towards me. "Forgive me for ignoring you for this long but I had more pressing matters to deal with."

He started to walk towards us but Samuel stepped back a little. "Stay away." He demanded.

"That's no way to talk to your dad." He simply said.

"You're not my dad."

"I swore I just heard you call me dad... just a--"

"Shut up!" I yelled. "What is going on?!"

"Oh sweetheart don't act like you care." Faith chuckled and took another step forward. "You see Samuel - my son - she has been playing you all this time. You know that she thinks that I granted her a wish? She wished to be with you and it was the same day I forced you to ask her out before running off yes?"

Samuel looked at me and nodded, saying don't feed into his crap, I believe you.

"She actually thought that you loved her from a stupid wish. You just asked her out because I told you to right?"

Samuel's lower lip quivered. "No."

"Don't lie. You did. Anyway I simply tried to grant a wish to you, Catie, because I needed to get close to your worthless parents. I did what I needed to do. Just now. But I have one more thing." He stepped closer to Samuel. "My boy... tell her the truth."

He looked at me with remorseful eyes. "Is that true?" I asked him.

"I-I.. I mean yes.. at first, but then I actually fell in love with you and--"

"I trust you. It's fine." I nodded and looked back at Faith. "So let me get this straight... you're his dad?"

Faith nodded. "The one and only.."

"Then I'm going to fucking... KILL YOU!" I charged at him and socked him straight in the face. He didn't budge.

"Babe, stay away from him." Samuel simply said while he pulled me back to my original position.

"You're a handful sweetheart. You know that I have went head and toe of the globe to find you. Now that I found you... and my worthless son... I can rid of you." He smiled. "But I can't do that physically to Catie... that's against my code. So I'll just hurt you from the inside out." He smiled evilly and blew a kiss.

He slowly walked towards Samuel and widened his grin. "Baby, go check on mom and dad. I'll be okay." Samuel whispered. "I love you okay?"

Tears began to escape my eyelid's grasp. "I love you too."

"Very sweet." Faith's voice bellowed.

I ran up the stairs and into my parents room. I winced as I heard yelling and crashing downstairs while more whimpers escaped my lips. They weren't there.

More yelling and crashing.

I looked behind me and slowly threaded my steps to my room, that had a closed door. I reached towards the knob and yanked it open, sobbing to the sight in front of me.

"Mom! Dad!" I screamed.

I ran towards the corpses. The corpses.

My sobs filled the whole house. I wanted to touch them and say goodbye but I looked away.

I couldn't look at my father, who had his lips slightly apart, with little paints of red and his eyes, that were closed, now forever. I couldn't look at my mother that had her mouth wide open, like she was screaming. Screaming. The yells. They stopped.
