Ghost's pov

Annabelle watched us all silently, which still pretty creepy even if her eyes had gone back to normal. We all just kinda stared at our feet and avoided her gaze. Even Jimmy was uncomfortable, and I had no clue about Gregory, he just was starring off into space with a blank expression. Something told me he wasn't the sharpest crayon.

Eventually Ebony just took her foot and smudged the edge of the demon trap.
"Okay let's do this."

Annabelle stepped out of the trap and promptly used her tail to set Gavin's pants on fire.
"And that's what you get."

After we put Gavin out we got down to business.
(Jimmy butts in: TO DEFEAT THE HUNS!)
We all sat in a circle while Annabelle told us the plan.

"First,"
She turned to the Pines family,
"Sixer, you and your brother stay here and get set up for the final battle while Shooting Star, PineTree, Maxwell, and Gavin go find the creepy hillbilly."

Dipper nodded.
"Okay but please don't call any of us by those names."

"I literally don't know your names."

Introductions were made and Annabelle moved on.
"Toast, Ghost, Jimmy, and Gregory, you guys are going to collect these crystals from the forest. They're easy to find, they glow really bright. I need three blue ones and one pink one."

I stood up.
"Alright back up snickers. I am not babysitting this.... THING!"
I gestured at Gregory.

Jimmy, who I had pulled up along with me since we were still handcuffed, slapped the back of my head.
"That thing is my brother! And also technically you. So be nice."

Gregory just kept staring off into space with a weird smile on his face. Annabelle thought for a second before snapping her fingers. She pulled Gregory onto his feet and he instantly went from being six to looking almost exactly the same as me.

I could see a few differences of course. His hair was a lighter shade of brown and his eyes were just slightly too big, giving him a strange effect of looking like both an adult and a little kid at the same time. When he smiled he also had a gap between his front teeth.
"Wet's go beat so Demonic Dowito butt!"

Then he and Jimmy hugged and I felt very awkward.
