Well, two moths had passed already and nothing specific had happened during that time. It was very warm already, I started to go out with shorts and a T-shirt, but besides that, nothing had changed so much, except the fact that Tom brought Trixie in our company and since I didn't go out too much last month, because I had to study for my finals, I didn't have to endure Trixie, she was repulsive, but as I noticed, Harry doesn't really like her either, he said he would kick her ass if she was a man and Tom also changed, he was like a fool in love, he started to respect Trixie so much that it was like he had forgotten that we were a «company», they would just make out, play, flirt and grabble in «company», but we endured it. I heard Trixie's best friend's name is Rosalie, it made me think a bit, but since I never met her and I was studying that day, I couldn't really do anything about it, but nevermind. That morning I got a call from Marty, he is coming back from New York, it was always his dream to go there, and as he was so ambitious, he went there to study law, and since our first year is over and it's summer, he's coming back, however Ian didn't send any message for a year already, I guess he likes it there where he is, maybe he is even married, but I didn't really care, since he was always a kind of a grouch. I can't remember the name of the place, he is studying electronics and computing and he and Marty are cousins, they often talked about things that others in the company didn't really understand, for example when they were discussing relations between their family, but nevermind. However, Marty is a smart guy, he is obsessed with politics, and likes to philosophize, he was a journalist in high school. I always considered him kind of gay, because he liked perfumes, cosmetics, makeup, and those girly things and he was just too polite, like no guy ever was, even though he was in love with a girl that totally wasn't his type in high school, in my opinion, she is more a guy than he is, metaphorically speaking of course.
Anyway, I called my friend Freddy and we'd gone to the airport to meet with Marty and went to drink, Freddy is studying history, he is a real philosopher, he is into many things and he never had a girl, nor was he interested in girls, just like every gamer like himself. We had a lot in common and we were friends since childhood. Marty got us presents from New York that he exchanged with us on our drink. He bought me some Kafka's and Dickens's novels and one big German textbook that could help me with my studies. He also bought me a perfume, I thanked him a lot. Freddy got a big historical encyclopedia, and of course a perfume of Marty's choice, he was excited and also thanked Marty. Marty also boasted that he got a job to write for the New York Times. We congratulated him and it was time to return home. It was a nice chat, but nothing special, as nothing is ever so special with Marty in my opinion.
Despite of that, I called him out this weekend since he was after all, my friend, and there was a concert down near the park at the city ramparts, it's organized every year, like some kind of a music festival, I've been attending it just because of some rock, punk and metal bands that occur there, but then again it's also fun because of all the people there. Furthermore, I had heard from Tom that Rosalie is going to work there as a volunteer since he met her when he was signing a contract for volunteering. I wondered if I'd meet her there maybe, but of course, I had no desire to tell her about my dream, I suppose she doesn't even look like a girl from my dream...
